CMH Urgent Care

I had chest pain, fever, and back pain, yet I was never seen. Patients who arrived after me were taken in first. After waiting for two hours, the rude receptionist told us there were others ahead of me—despite many appearing to have only mild flu symptoms. The lack of urgency and professionalism was shocking. If you value your health and time, stay away from this place!

Absolute joke. Whatever you do. Don’t go near closing time. The doctors just want to go home. I went in because my mouth had been bleeding for 12hrs. Was finally seen by a doctor and the doctor said “we can’t do anything for you go to the emergency” she handed me some gauze and that was it. 2 min. Didn’t offer any help or try to pack the wound. Complete joke. ZERO care

Horrible place waiting time 3 hours to see the doctor because they made a mistake never try to help me they just ignored me and told me to keep waiting after 2 and half hours I got super frustrated and asked the lady at the reception what was going on, she said oh it shows you’ve been already help really?? it’s so insane and insulting how they treat people don’t come here go somewhere else!

Slow extremely slow and rude front desk. U won’t find one employee with a fast walk. Also once you’re in a room expect to wait for the dr for 1-2 hours.

I have a toddler who doesn't know how to communicate when not feeling well. The doctors here are very experienced with his behavior and understand. I never feel judged and they know what there doing. They haven't been wrong once and worth their weight in gold.
