It's great that they have the new equipment but that's pretty much the only good thing. They constantly have equipment out of service. Constant plumbing issues. Toilets and Urinals are constantly damaged. They run out of paper towels pretty much once a week so you can't wipe your machine. Restrooms are dirty and unattended.

This place is the worst planet fitness I have ever been to, nothing good to say about it. If I had to say 1 thing good was canceling my membership. Bathrooms are always dirty, machines always broken, those cleaning bottles must only have water in them, by the way having only water in those bottles doesn’t clean germs it spreads them. If you must absolutely go here make sure you bring your own cleaning wipes.

This is the dirtiest planet fitness I've ever been to. Homeless people use it to shower and sleep in locker rooms and for the owner who always replies back by saying to please speak to the manager or staff with our issues that would be great and all if they stuck around after clocking in.

Got my car stolen from parking lot, been trying to get ahold of a manager which is no where to be found . Staff giving me the run around . Unstaffed nobody is ever working the front and they all look like teenagers m. They let anyone in without scanning in . It’s the closest to home so I come here but I’d say it’s a shitty place and not clean at all . Needs better staff . Needs a new MANAGER for sure !!!! Can’t even keep your stuff locked in the locker without getting stolen .

I’ve been coming to this gym for a cool min, decided to wait on reviewing them. I’m glad I did; the customer service is always on point when I arrive and even when I leave. They’ve upgraded many of the machines ie; row machines, cycle bikes, treadmill, arc trainers. The gym is always cold even on the hottest days. I also appreciate doubling up on stretch machines. Everyone that comes here is pretty considerate in terms of wiping down equipment after use. The floor, trash and restrooms are always clean. I usually head to the gym around noon and the team members are almost always cleaning or refilling the sanitizing bottles. This isn’t a big thing at this particular gym but I think a PSA is always good to hear… Please be considerate of others around you. Wearing dirty gym clothes or thinking it’s ok to not shower for days and come to the gym, is gross (YOU STINK, Yes you!, I am talking to you bruh). Sanitize the equipment you use, especially after and be mindful of those who want to use the machine after you, re-rack your Sh%t. I absolutely hate carrying 5 stacks of 45lbs because lazy bro’s/gal’s can’t do it themselves but are ok adding it on, how does this make sense?
