This academy is something I highly recommend. The connection and trust you’re able to build with the coaches is unmatched. The way they explain the concepts and help execute it in the ring is truly amazing. You become a great boxer, get into great physical shape but also learn great mental discipline from the coaches. Thats something I got from only this gym, and it’ll be something I take with me during any situation in life. If you want yourself or your child to truly learn boxing and to be a better person. I highly recommend going to this gym.

This boxing academy is absolutely phenomenal, and joining it about a month and a half ago has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I have zero regrets. From the top-tier coaching to the structured and intense training regimen, everything feels designed to help you level up your skills. You’re not just training here—you’re preparing to become something greater. From the moment I walked in on my first day, I could tell this place was different. The diversity of people—representing various ethnicities, cultures, and backgrounds—creates a unique and inclusive environment. It was heartwarming to see how everyone, regardless of skill level or experience, was treated like family. The camaraderie and support I felt immediately made this gym feel like a second home. It’s like spending two hours a day with your brothers and sisters, all pushing each other to be better, while genuinely having the time of your lives. As someone who considers themselves an introvert, I was blown away by how easy it was to feel included. The people here don’t just welcome you; they embrace you, and you become part of something bigger—a true familia. The coaching is second to none. They don’t just tell you to improve—they take the time to break down every small mistake and work with you to perfect your form and technique. It’s clear they care as much about your growth as you do. However, this isn’t the place for half-hearted efforts. You need to show that you’re serious because talk is cheap here. If you’re willing to put in the work, the coaches will match your energy and commitment, ensuring you improve every step of the way. For anyone even remotely interested in combat sports, this is the place to be. We don’t just train here; we handle BIDNESS. My background in wrestling—where I competed in CIF during my first year and being discriminated as a young black man in this society at a young age sparked my passion for combat sports, and I joined this academy to expand my skill set. If it’s in the Lord’s plan, I hope to go pro as a boxer, and this academy is setting me on the right path. One of the things I love most is how the gym is designed to support your progress. The doors open at 10 a.m., allowing for extra time to work on technique, strength, and conditioning. That flexibility means I can dedicate my mornings to refining my skills before the evening classes at 7:30 p.m. Those classes are the highlight of my day. From the moment I wrap my hands to the moment I take them off, I’m in my element—doing what I love alongside people who are as passionate and dedicated as I am. This isn’t just a gym; it’s paradise for anyone serious about the sport, and I feel blessed to be part of it.

Dropped off our nephew for his boxing class/ practice the front desk person for the first time and young female at the front desk with goldish orange blonde hair gave off weird energy when just trying to leave water bottle to him she expressed it was like a big deal or understandable was not welcoming made this experience very unwelcoming and very awkward do not recommend zero social skills or customer service skills

I signed up my daughter so she could gain self confidence. Coach Dunbar is my blessing! He has given her self confidence, and so much more. She believes in herself. I see how Coach Dunbar interacts with all the kids and he is GREAT! It's not about money at all to him. He goes out of his way and does grade checks on the kids. If there struggling in a subject. He brings in a tutor. You tell me what gym would do that!? He truly is an Amazing man. Because the sparkle I see in my daughter now. That alone is a gift he has taught her. I can't thank Coach Dunbar enough. The gym is nice and clean. Friendly service. All around it's the BEST!
