24 Hour Fitness

Iv been a member with 24 hour fitness for quite some time now. Let me tell you out of all the 24 hours gyms that I have been to this location is definitely the worst. First off they are not even open “24 hours”. I have no idea why! They should change thier name to “12 Hours”! In addition, Iv noticed that the sauna is always cold and no where near where it should be in temperature. Since the sauna don’t work. I have started to use the steam room because it gets way hotter. Today after I used the steam room, all sweaty and wet from the steam, I went to take a shower before I had to head to work. To only find out that there is no “Hot Water”! The water was coming out freezing cold. Therefore I could not shower before I had to go to work. How do the showers not have any hot water. This was extremely upsetting and disappointing to me especially because I am a paying customer and have been for several years and stuff like this happens. I havnt had any issues at any other locations. Furthermore, the showers here are always filthy. The soap dispensers never have soap in them and are always empty. There is never toilet paper in the stalls. The Jacuzzi was down and not open for use. The management team of this location should be ashamed and embarrassed. I will be switching over to EOS where majority of people that I know have went to because they are open 24 hours and take great care of thier facilities.

Not happy. No hot water again. Everything is breaking down. Locker room is always filthy. The showers are always gross. Really thinking of looking for a new gym. It used to br such a great gym. Ever since covid,they let the gym run down.

I’ve been a member of this gym for several years, and while it has some great facilities, there are a few recurring issues that need attention. The swimming pool is consistently cold, which makes it more stressful than relaxing. Additionally, the spa is often out of order or not properly heated, which is frustrating when you’re looking forward to unwinding after a workout. When the spa breaks, it can take weeks to get repaired, leaving members without one of the key amenities being advertised. If you’re going to promote these benefits as part of the membership package, it’s essential to maintain them responsibly and fix issues in a timely manner.

Not very helpful management. Got my 3 days pass as I’m new to area and brought in my other state ID while I’m still waiting on new one. The staff person wouldn’t allow me in and said if you pull up your email it says you have to be local resident I pulled up an email and it didn’t say anywhere that but still wouldn’t allow me in. It is just a gym and I was seriously considering it joining it this is what happens when you have incomparable staff you run out of business.

24 hour should be embarrassed that their gym has the shortest hours in the area. Staff isn't bad, but apparently none of the patrons know how to put dumbbells back in their spot. The cable machines have the most hand-me-down attachments. Pretty disappointing overall. LA fitness would probably be a better choice in a similar price range.
