I was so impressed of the excellent customer service. I felt welcomed and family environment. Ernie, Osvaldo, and Francisco are the best. I highly recommend them as they are knowledgeable, patient, and detailed with explaining the programs. Francisco is awesome and caring person. He’s very passionate about helping others reach their goals. He’s a very smart person and loved his vibe.

The cardio machines are outdated and half usually don’t work or something is wrong. The lifting machines are useable but some should be removed for the safety of guests. Attachments are like gold in this location, IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND. The cleanliness needs a lot of work, the bathrooms/showers are pretty bad. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The old carpet all over the cardio area is shocking. The pool is decent, usually occupied by elderly hanging out. Other than that the track is pretty decent, needs some work.

The staff doesn’t enforce rules. The sauna is meant for dry heat yet patrons go in and eat fruit and soak themselves with water and other liquids in the sauna. Liked of wet clothes being hung over in the sauna to dry. It’s awful. There used to be signs on the doors in English and Spanish but those signs are not there anymore. Place needs major remodeling

Brought in a guest. They didn’t accept the free guest pass. They charged 20$ for the day which was fine. But then proceeded to waste our time in the beginning and end trying to sign him up for a membership. What is the point of having him pay and also wasting our time with the sales pitch.
