In-Shape Family Fitness

I am disappointed with the value provided at this establishment. Despite the high prices, the maintenance of the facilities, including the bathrooms, lockers, sauna, and steam room, is substandard. These areas are consistently dirty and unkempt. As paying customers, we expect better upkeep for the fees charged. I’ve been a in-shape member since 2019.

Highly recommend this gym, the cleanliness of the gym makes you feel comfortable jumping on any machine and the staff is friendly. Also love all the amenities offered at this location.

I like this place, but I don't like that they pretty much let anyone in for free. There's this younger dude I see there all the time, talk to him every week or two, and every time he tells me about how the front desk just let him in for free. Don't even make him pay for a day pass. He says he brings his friends/family too and they just walk in. Kind of crazy how much I pay to go here every month when I guess I could just get in for free.

This facility is great! Has everything I need for my workout ability. The staff is wonderful and always friendly and helpful

I really enjoy working out at the McHenry location. The club has something for everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey. It is well organized and everything is in working condition. This club is very clean too. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. There are literally classes for all ages, all fitness levels and whatever you enjoy doing. I want to give praise to Angelica at the front desk. She is an amazing person, so kind and caring. She calls me by my name and is always super friendly. Finally I love taking Zumba from Jenny and Michelle. They both are awesome instructors and their classes are so much fun. They represent In Shape very well and I would highly recommend both classes.
