Love it. I've tried hot yoga at other places including other chains and this is THE spot. It's super clean, the staff are so friendly, inviting and warm people and the facilities are great. My favorite class is Yin especially with Derek. He really brings the mind and body connection to a focus in your practice and brings such positivity. The community here is great, nothing feels too instragrammy,. It genuinely feels like a safe and accepting place. Highly recommend.

I love this studio! All of the staff is caring and kind, while the instructors push you to be the best version of yourself. I particularly love Ilan's classes, as they are high energy, fun, and hard. You will walk out drenched in sweat, but with a smile on your face. Also, the Yin classes are great after a tough workout or different class.

I absolutely love this hot yoga studio! The teachers are fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. The positive energy in the room is contagious, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The studio’s ambiance is calming, and the heated environment helps me deepen my practice. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, this place is welcoming and inclusive. Highly recommend! 🙌🔥

Love this yoga studio. The facilities are immaculate and the instructors are so kind. I’ve really enjoy practicing here. Edit September 2024 - I have to lower my review bc they got rid of all the power 1 clases during the week which doesn’t feel very trauma informed. They said they did it to make the classes more accessible but it really feels like the opposite. The yin classes are great tho but not everyone wants or needs to do the most when they practice yoga.

I’ve tried multiple hot yoga spots mainly for 26&2. What I love about hot 8 yoga and what made it the spot I come to is their variety of classes, they offer so many different classes and different variations, so it never gets boring! They have so many different locations and allow you to visit them with the same membership so it creates more flexibility if you have a busy work schedule! No excuses! I definitely recommend signing up or at least trying their welcome week!
