Absolutely loved the space and Rebecca’s Stretch Flow on Mondays even more!! Very clean and nice. A little hot but they opened the windows right away. Rebecca is so wonderful and just what I needed after an eventful weekend.

I felt right at home in the Magic on the Mat session. At certain points, I did feel like I was moving with magic, almost like I was floating. The instructor was incredible and helped me to listen to my body first and the yoga second. I had so much fun even through the stumbling and wobbling.
