Red's Studio

If you want to learn pole and have a great time while doing it, this is the place. In the first 10 minutes of your class you’ll already be up the pole and feeling excited that you’re doing cool things - this is thanks to Red being the most encouraging, patient, helpful and fun teacher there is. Studio is always decorated in the cutest ways and she even provides tripods with ring lights to film your new skills. 10/10 best place.

Red is an amazing instructor! She is great at explaining and is super nice. I took a class with my friend and neither of us has ever tried this before. It was so fun and we learned so much! I felt comfortable and Red had so much patience when I was struggling with a move. I absolutely love this studio.

I love Red's classes! She has been so patient with me, we laugh when I can't get something right, and she encourages me to do better even when I don't think I can. I now have a better mind to body connection and have improved so much in a short amount of time. Not only that- my confidence has skyrocketed! I don't plan on stopping any time soon.

If you want to have a good time while learning this is the place. The instructor has a very hip yet clam energy that makes you feel comfortable and confident. I like to use the pole to stay in shape, the more classes you take the more tricks you learn the better your body looks. Definitely worth it.
