I can honestly say that this gym is the best I have ever been apart of! The coaches are 100% committed to you and your health journey and will definitely keep accountable. They want to see you succeed, however it may look, and will make necessary changes to whatever your needs are to reach your goals. The workouts are definitely challenging but the coaches make it fun, and have the best playlists. They show you how to do everything correctly so you don’t hurt yourself and they push you even when you don’t think you can do it or aren’t strong enough. Everyone there is so supportive and encouraging and also wants to see you succeed, which makes it feel more of a family than just a gym. If you’re looking for a new gym, you’re definitely going to want to give them a try, you won’t regret it!

4th Quarter Fitness is more then just a gym. You enter a community of beautiful people who instantly become your gym family. The coaches are amazing. They are encouraging, supportive and genuinely what you to reach your fitness goals. And if you’re lucky you get performance by Coach John! Such a wonderful voice lol. But jokes aside these coaches pay attention and really want to ensure you get the best workout possible. They listen to your needs regarding any physical issues you have. And give you options on what works best for you. They show up everyday for their members and I don’t know about you but you don’t see that anywhere. Sign up i promise you won’t regret it.

I’ve been at 4th quarter fitness for about 6 months, I Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to workout & learn about nutrition, get stronger, get healthy, and look healthier. I did the 6week challenge to give this gym a try, and fell in love with the workouts, so I joined! The workouts are tough but rewarding, with enough variety to keep things fresh & exciting. If you’re serious about achieving your fitness goals, this is the place to be! (:

Been with 4th quarter for 2.5 years and it’s been the longest I’ve ever committed to a gym. I’ve done the public gym, private trainer, peloton, grit, orange theory, but semi-private training seems to work better for me. It’s like conditioning with your team for a final match/game. All the members here are very supportive and encouraging to either lift heavier because they know you can push or love the quality reps you achieved. Everyone is very friendly and no one is left out to workout on their own.

I LOVE THIS GYM! I love the coaches and I love the gym mates! I started out with their 21 day SWEAT promotion program which is their bootcamp class almost 2 years ago. It didn't take me long to fully commit to them. After a month into it fully committing I decided to upgrade to their Strength class and that was one of the best decisions I've made for my physical and mental health. The coaches are motivating, encouraging, caring and fun! They will push you to do more when they believe you have the strength and ability to do so. They are understanding and will work with what you can and cannot. Everyone at the gym is fun and inviting! There are no judgements! When I first started I thought the schedule of classes offered would be a problem but that was not the case. I was able to make it work. They offer morning sessions and evening sessions. If you're the type of person that needs to be held accountable for or told what to do this is the place to be. We work out in group settings which is fun. The members of 4th Quarter are such strong motivators and encouragers as well. I love this about 4th Quarter! If you put in the work and time you'll notice the results like I have! Joining this gym was definitely one of the best investment I made for myself!
