Anytime Fitness La Palma

I can't say enough good things about this gym! It's become my go-to fitness destination for so many reasons. First off, the cleanliness is exceptional - the staff clearly takes pride in maintaining spotless equipment, bathrooms, and workout areas. One of the best aspects is the comfortable atmosphere and manageable crowd levels. Unlike many chain gyms that get packed to the point where you're waiting forever for equipment, I've never had an issue here. Even during peak hours, there's always enough space to complete my workout without feeling rushed or cramped. The equipment selection is impressive and well-maintained. From free weights to cardio machines, everything is modern and in perfect working order. The layout is thoughtfully designed, with different zones for cardio, weights, and functional training that flow naturally into each other. The temperature is always comfortable, and the ventilation system keeps the air fresh even during busy times. What really sets this location apart is the attention to detail - from the clean water fountains to the organized weight racks, everything is where it should be. The 24/7 access is incredibly convenient, allowing me to work out whenever it fits my schedule. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with a great atmosphere and no overcrowding issues, Anytime Fitness La Palma is definitely worth checking out. It's everything you want in a gym without any of the typical franchise gym headaches.

I recently started going to this gym because a friend recommended it. I used to go to Crunch and I can say this place is much better in terms of cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be recommending this location to my friends and family in the area. Keep up the good work !

THIS REVIEW IS SO LONG OVERDUE, BUT THANKFULLY I HAVE REMEMBERED TO GIVE MY THANKS TO THIS AMAZING PLACE!!! Back in December of 2023, I was really looking for the right gym to get back into the groove. This was going to be my first time doing things on my own after previously going to group trainings at The Camp. The moment I signed up like LITERALLY THE MOMENT I SIGNED UP and called Alberto, I felt like I made the right choice. Feeling comfortable was my number one priority and it was definitely granted HERE. Everyone- AND I MEAN EVERYONE that works here is so friggin nice! They really do care about helping you and if you have any questions they are so eager to help you! I have been to different gyms and can 100% CONFIDENTLY SAY, that there is no other gym like this one! And it’s really not just about the name, but it’s about the people working here who create such an amazing experience for everyone coming to just de-stress, unwind, and prioritize themselves. I really looked forward to coming here EVEN AFTER WORK :,) If I could carry this gym around with me in my back pocket, I really would! Unfortunately, I had to move so this place isn’t as close to me as it used to be :( but man I miss it so much! This experience will definitely be setting the standard for every other gym I look to apply to! INSIDE THE GYM YOU CAN EXPECT: other gym goers respecting each others space and the equipment. -a safe and easy way to get in (ya need a special pass to get in) -a clean shower space and clean restrooms - open equipment because even when it’s busy IT’S STILL NOT AS PACKED AS REGULAR GYMS -lockers with the the key and lock already provided for you -a charging station for your phone -mirrors to check yourself out haha I would really recommend anyone to come and check this place out!

The greatest gym I’ve ever been to. All stuffs are nice and helpful, especially Alberto and Michael. Also this is the cleanest gym with lots of great equipment.

This gym is clean, well-equipped, and has everything I need for a good workout, from cardio machines to free weights. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this gym!
