These gyms are all so clean, and free of annoying "GYM bros" hogging all the equipment. There is a god variety of equipment and i love that there are other amenities such as infrared sauna, tanning, and massage chairs. They even have body fat machines to keep track of your progress and theraguns for recovery. all locations have showers and clean locker rooms. Did I mention that the price won't break the bank either? I haven't even mentioned the staff who are always so welcoming and friendly. I'll Chuze you every time! haha

You are always greeted when you come in which sets a great tone for your experience. Along with that, the staff goes above and beyond to ensure cleanliness to the gym. The equipment is nice and new and the functional workout room is a must!

I've been a Chuze member for a year now, and I'm still so happy I signed up. Chuze offers a large variety of classes taught by so many amazing instructors. The gyms are always clean, and the staff at any Chuze that I've been to are alwats friendly and helpful. Plus, I think the value I'm getting for my monthly membership fee is incredible.

Edit: There are 17 different classes listed on your website. La Mesa only offers 6, most repeated during the week (Cycling 5 times, Zumba 5 times, Gentle Yoga 1 time, Silver Sneakers 1 time, Chuze Fusion, Tone N Sculpt 1 time). The only strength training class is Tone N Sculpt, and that's only once a week; no one's going to see results in class that's only 4 times a month. I feel like this location is geared to older adults, even though La Mesa is a normal suburban city. Original: I mean, there are a lot of positive reviews, but in searching for a new gym, I was really disappointed. There are some great classes listed on their website, but only a few of those are available at the La Mesa location. I called today to ask why, and was told they're in the process of hiring people and there should be a better selection of classes later in the year - but YOU can drive farther, to Santee, to get those classes. But I'm paying the same amount when they're only in the beginning stages of getting their classes in order? Haven't they been in this location a few years already? There are cycling and yoga classes several times a day, but no real strength training classes to choose from. Weird. This won't be my gym until they figure it out; I'm certainly not going to pay them to do it.
