I have osteoarthritis throughout my body as well as fibromyalgia. Club Pilates low impact exercises has made such a positive impact on my body. Although I do modify my exercises my body has responded positively. I am less stiff which helps to decrease my chronic pain. The instructors are very knowledgeable, understanding and encouraging while demonstrating empathy. I would encourage and recommend Pilates to anyone looking to improve their overall health. Minnie

I really enjoyed my experience at club Pilates La Habrá. Julia was our instructor, and she was ver pleasant and clear as she conducted the class. This place is definitely one of my top choices when I am ready to join a club.

Mely was my instructor this morning, her teaching was informative and fun although it was supped to be a stretching class. And from her instructions I can tell she is an experienced instructor, for example in my opinion pilates should be practiced along side any sports/ competitive sports and it’s what she believes in too! The environment in Club Pilates is clean and welcoming I hope I have the time to come take classes everyday of every week!

Started my fitness journey again, and decided to jumpstart it at Club Pilates La Habra. Instructors are friendly and helpful. Facility is clean and organized. Highly recommend!

I’ve been attending Club Pilates-La Habra, for nearly a year now, and it’s been a great experience. The classes are always well-structured, and the instructors offer clear guidance, making it easy to progress at your own pace. I’ve definitely noticed improvements in my strength and flexibility. I mostly attend Mely and Renee’s classes due to my schedule, and I absolutely love them. Both are challenging yet fun, creating a great balance. A truly enjoyable and rewarding part of my weekly routine!
