This is the gym I go to on days when I don’t go to my CrossFit gym or have an aerobic day. It’s just OK. They have all the equipment but it’s always completely packed. It doesn’t matter what machine or equipment you want, you always have to weight or modify your workout because of the amount of people in here. I also signed up because of the sauna and the sauna is always overfilled and people going in and out every 2 seconds. It never reaches full temp so it’s kind of a waste. But it’s close by and still gets the job done. The staff is whatever. I got into an argument with one of them and he is just a kid. He did apologize after.

Avoid this 24 Hour Fitness at all costs. I've had the misfortune of visiting this gym a couple of times; since I was in the area for the week First of all, the gym is always jam-packed. No matter what time of day I go, there's always a sea of people crowding the equipment and making it impossible to get a good workout in. And by "good workout," I mean a workout where you can actually use the machines without having to wait 20 minutes Speaking of which, the gym is infested with groups who seem more interested in posing, flexing, and chatting it up rather than working out. They take up multiple machines and hog them for extended periods, leaving nobody else with a chance to use them. But the cherry on top was when I walked out for just ONE SECOND to connect my Air Pods and the guy at the front desk gave me grief. Like, I was just stepping away for 30 seconds and he was already giving me the stink-eye. Stating I needed to recheck in for the camera. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this gym again. The atmosphere is toxic, the staff is unfriendly, and the overall experience is frustrating. If you value your sanity and your workout time, take your business (and your Air Pods) elsewhere. On a different note- Try a 7-day pass and know you have many options! There’s an L.A fitness across the freeway and a Crunch not too far from this location which I have to say I enjoyed visiting that particular gym

I’ve been a member of this gym for a while, and I want to take a moment to highlight Omar. He’s an incredibly patient and detail-oriented consultant. Omar is always friendly, takes the time to thoroughly review the terms and details with you, and does so with a constant smile. He patiently addressed all my questions and concerns, making me feel truly valued. His professionalism really stood out, and I deeply appreciate the excellent service he provided.

The manager who I believe is named Kim is extremely rude and never gets back to me regarding my membership. Be careful signing up here ! This club is notorious for keeping “ auto renewal” on your account and then not reimbursing your money back (making you pay for up to a year at a time). The female manager legit told me to “ get over it and call my bank if I cared “ the gym itself would be nice if it wasn’t dirty all the time On top of that the staff did not seem to care that the women’s bathroom was always dirty, and one of them even laughed at me when I asked for somebody to clean it! The ratings on here speak for themselves

The staff are very good; Nate was extremely helpful. The equipment variety is good. But it can get very crowded and the parking is not the best. Definitely visit before buying your membership. If you get a good deal and can schedule your workout at less busy times, it’s worth it in my opinion.
