Rodney and Veronica, the wonderful owners of Alpha Uno, are some of the most encouraging and friendly people you’ll ever meet! I first joined Alpha Uno in 2020, but I had to leave for college. When I returned in August 2024, it felt like coming home—I was welcomed back as if I’d never left. The atmosphere was just as warm and welcoming, and I noticed so many improvements that made scheduling and messaging easier. The community has grown, and I’m thrilled to be a part of it again! Thanks to Rodney, I’ve built strong endurance and discipline. Everyone here truly wants the best for you, and they’re always there to support you—even if it means gently nudging you back on track! Great way to start any morning! Coach Rodney and all the coaches always pushes you to be your best and the people at the gym do too! As a beginner he takes the time to teach me the right way to safely lift, reminding me to focus on form. Once the form is learned he adds encouragement to challenge myself with weight. I come out tired but confident and fulfilled! I am excited to continue to build at Alpha Uno!
