This is the worst la fitness ever. The staff is great but the gym is undersized and needs rules. I can’t tell you the amount of times I have to wait 30 minutes because a older person wants to use 2 machines at once and take their sweet time. Horrible gym needs rules 100%

This LA Fitness sucks. No other way to put it. Minimal squat areas. So, if you want to have a balanced physique there’s the added obstacle of availability. Gym etiquette is garbage. No one puts their weights back. Rarely do people ask for weights before taking them from your station. Treadmills will die on you mid-run. It’s overcrowded. In most ways that a gym can suck, this gym checks that box. The only saving grace of this place is that the staff is friendly and helpful. Upgrade this location, because I’m only gonna deal with this for so long before I’m forced to cancel and get a premium membership at a more boutique gym.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, who were rude and unprofessional. One staff member even gave me the middle finger when I couldn't check in properly after leaving my phone in the locker room. I had stepped out to my car to retrieve clean clothes for a homeless person who urgently asked for my help. Unlike this facility, the staff at 24-Hour Fitness is considerably more understanding and accommodating in unique situations like this. As a nonprofit Executive Director dedicated to supporting underserved communities, it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of empathy.

I went in to get a price quote for seniors, and a customer asked the service desk for wipes for the equipment and there was none available. I don't think I want to join here. Doesn't seem safe.

I’ve been a member of LA Fitness for years but very disappointed in what happened to me recently at the Inglewood gym. I was in the area to meet a friend for dinner and stopped in to look at the club. Upon checking in they gave me a piece of paper and told me to put it on my dashboard. It said LA Fitness Member 10/24. I placed it on my dash and met my friend for dinner. When I came back my car was towed. It cost me over $400 to get my car back. Seems like they may be in some sort of scam with Worldway Auto Center. I’m disappointed on how they treat their members. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this club.
