Just joined after finding out it is included in my Medicare Plan. From walking in to signing up and taking the "Tour" with John, it has been a pleasant experience. Not crowded and clean! I look forward to my first workout and a complimentary training session in a couple days.!

The equipment is not bad here. For example the weight plates are in tact, not falling apart, no pieces of rubber missing, etc. The dumbbells are also in good shape. I like the fact that they have in between weight dumbbells as well, 22.5 lb, 27.5, 42.5 for example, in addition to the normal 5 lb increments. The big negative is cleanliness. All the time when I'm lifting, there will be tons of hair balls all over the mat/floor, there is no way that someone is vacuuming once a day, or if their assignment is to vacuum, they're not doing it. Also on the green turf, there will be consistent debris where you can tell they don't consistently vacuum/clean it. The urinals in the mens room used to consistently have dried yellow urine caked on, but that has improved in the past few months. At other gyms I go to, you will see the normal staff doing cleaning as needed, but here you see workers not seemingly doing anything, but you'll never see them clean or vacuum, that seems to be below them. Also, poor rating for not having antibacterial wipes. I also go to an out of state gym that's $11 per month and they have such wipes. You get the feeling with 24 hr fitness that it's all about the cost cutting and not much on a customer-first approach.

The place is alright. Clean enough. Often a good number of the machines are out of order and it takes them a while to fix. My biggest issue is that it closes so early. Why haven't they switched back to being 24 hour? Seems odd that a gym called 24 hour fitness rarely has a location that's actually opened 24 hours.

FIVE YEARS. That’s how long this door has been broken and I’m not even kidding. Since before the pandemic this bathroom stall door has been broken in some form the entire time. People wait to use the bathroom every day. Keep that in mind when you’re deciding whether to join this location, maintenance is not even on their mind at all.

Oct-29-24 I work out almost every day and have visited several locations in the area. In all of them, the machines are run down, with the padding almost gone, so it’s painful to use them, besides of always being packed and groups of people holding machines for friends. Some of the reviews here are written by people interested in improving the rating. They do not post pictures because they know the photos would show the dirtiness and general state of the gym. If you are new to this club and considering to join, go personally and look closely at the cleanliness (non existent), around 7 am or 6 pm. Try to use the machines before you commit. _____________ Always packed with people sitting on the machines, scrolling through their phones and not even working out. I asked the receptionist if there was some kind of policy of courtesy that involved not using cell phones at the machines, and she said no, YOU have to tell them and deal them. It’s hard to work out here, also BC many machines have been broken for at least 5 months and no one cares. Also, there’s dust accumulated in most machines.
