From the time you walk in the door you are met with a smile. Everyone that works in this gym is helpful, patient, and caring. Melanie, the receptionist immediately greeted me and offered to show me around the gym ( Which is amazing by the way). I explained that I was looking to learn boxing for myself, as well as my daughter. She let me know of the programs they have and assured me that we would be in great hands. Rubin Jr., one of the trainers, was very patient with me and my daughter. Extremely knowledgeable and a veteran in the sport, he patiently explained what we were doing, why we were doing it and how it would help us with boxing. Not only was he encouraging, but he made the whole experience comfortable. (Because I haven't exercised since 2008) This is a family atmosphere, you definitely feel the love from everyone. If you are looking for proper training and technique at affordable pricing make sure this place is the first on your list.
