I am writing to express my concerns regarding the maintenance of the pool and jacuzzi Firstly, I have noticed that the pool is frequently dirty, which makes it unpleasant and difficult to use. Additionally, the jacuzzi does not have hot water, which is an important feature for use and enjoyment. Very bad I don't recommend this gym I suggest that each person who reads this post, make a complaint in the health surveillance.

This gym deserves to be closed by a health inspector. Not worth a dollar a month. The women locker rooms are disgusting. The gym equipment were probably never cleaned or the floor. Working out in the streets is cleaner because of the rain and is free. Do people only clean when there’s a virus around? It’s around the same price as city sports and city sports is way cleaner. The only perk from city sports is the hours it is open but with this condition it is not worth a penny. Not a healthy or good environment to workout in. Will bring your mood down if you care about hygiene.

As a new customer, I am disappointed to find that this location does not maintain its equipment and pool area. The steam room is out of order, the men's restroom faucets are always broken and dirty, and the outside area is littered with trash. It is unfortunate that this is my closest location, as they benefit from my money but do nothing to improve the facility.

We called in asking if the hot tub, sauna, and steam room will be working for the night and if there wont be anything cleaning going on or anything like that. The guy confidently said yes right away and told us to just come and cleaning won’t be until Thursday (it was a Monday). We went in there and the hot tub was literally cold water probably even colder than the pool. And it was so dirty you can see float of hairs and little trash around. A guy there said it had been like that for 2 weeks. That tub seriously needs to be clean right away and not until Thursday. Not even a sign saying it is close or anything so they think that tub is okay for customers to use. Oh and steam room has no steam and not even a sign says it is closed. It was a cold night and we were looking forward to use the hot tub and the steam room hence we called them and specifically asked for it too. I don’t think it is a good idea to lie to your customers for them to come in once then realized you lied to them and they won’t be coming back.

24 hr fitness just got a face lift. Here are a few before and after pics. There is some new equipment which is nice. If only they would have gotten a second leg press. Nice gym overall.
