OC Fast-Twitch

My daughter, a high school varsity basketball player, attended OC Fast-Twitch for 5 months during her off season. With the individualized training program she was prescribed and received by the outstanding trainers, we saw rapid growth and improvement in her overall strength, speed, and vertical leaping abilities. We are grateful to Fast-Twitch for the unique and individualized training program that they created for my daughter to give her the strength and athletic abilities needed to compete at the division 1 high school varsity basketball level.

OC Fast-Twitch is phenomenal in their detailed attention and care for our student athlete. We love Fast Twitch! My daughter’s vert increased 4 inches in one year! The trainers know her goals and customize her workouts so she reaches them. Plus, she has so much fun working out at Fast Twitch and always looks forward to getting her workouts in. I Highly Recommend!

My son has worked with many speed trainers. Just prior to his Senior year of high school football he did 3 months/2 days a week -- the speed improvement was truly unbelievable. If you are thinking about signing up - do it immediately. I only wish I have done it sooner.
