After being a platinum member for 2 years , I went out of the country for 6 months I froze my membership as per the contract I am liable to get it extended, The manager when I asked him to freeze it before I leave he told me he did ... it was not the case I received an email that my renewal is coming sooner meaning it was not frozen promptly ! Moreover, when I came back and I asked again + the same manager ) he told me both requests were denied by the corporate you'd have to contact them I sent an email and I'm waiting now . - the gym has lost great instructors Terrance was the last one to quit after they become aggressively rude and demanding ! - steam room has been down for 2 months and when I asked when is it gonna be back again they said 6 months or so 😳 - the machines and treadmills need fix and are UNSAFE to operate ! They are totally ignorant -The cleaning level has gone crazy below any gym standards even below crunch FV and planet fitness , not to mention if you visited any of the LA locations you'd be surprised by how dirty everything is I'm a local guide , I'm not renewing my membership! If you still wanna go for any ongoing or upcoming promotion BE MY GUEST, YOU'LL REGRET IT , if they treat the loyal clients who paid a lot for training in such a manner , how do you think they are gonna treat a newbie !!!!

As a long-time member, I completely agree with the recent negative reviews. Dirty, neglected, in ill-repair, and finally closed out of necessity for public safety. I'll save the owner some time: Thank you very much for your feedback, owner. It is important for me to use a clean, comfortable and well-equipped gym, so this is disappointing. I am working to find a better gym to improve my experience in the future.

Late night power lifting sesh: Wow 8-10 squat racks?? I think this is a record I've seen and I am so thoroughly impressed lol Although, you can tell it's a bit too much because each rack doesn't have that many plates and you gotta start borrowing from your neighbors. Which isn't a big deal Besides that I LOVE LOVE LOVE that its actually open 24 hours

This is by far the worst gym I've ever went to. The place is dirty, most of the equipment is either broken or unusable, and the employees clearly don't enforce re-racking rules so good luck trying to find the thing you need. I also had an issue with the late night cleaning guy as he was making me wait on every machine I wanted to use and would dust around them getting my personal items dirty to the point where I had to say something to him and he basically told me that I, as the customer, need to wait for HIM to be done cleaning before I can use something. As I addressed it with the guy working the front desk, Leslie, was on the same page as the cleaning guy and showed literally no customer service whatsoever. I wrote an email to address the issue and never received a response which clearly shows management doesn't care at all about their customers. It's too bad this is one of the few gyms open late. This place needs to just shut down. Update: apparently the management response is just for show as I sent an email two weeks to that address and still received no response. What a wonderful place.

this gym is always dirty. it's not fair to put the entire blame on the gym staff. the clientele here is mostly responsible for the filth. the parking lot is full of empty coffee cups, fast food garbage and what ever the people throw out of their car onto the pavement. the mens restroom does smell, but there is no excuse for the urinals always be littered with gum and paper towels. every time I use a machine and want to set my phone in the holder, I have to throw out wads of paper towels. these people here are pigs. I go to la fitness in seacliff and there is no garbage in the parking lot. I wonder why.
