I started to work out last year within the month working out i found out I was pregnant. I continue to work out till I was 7 months I completely recommend Mike! He's an awesome coach that has a lot of patience for everyone love that when i want to give up, he lets me know i can make it and i can do it .. He is truly the best. Now im back and I can't wait to see my results .
