I started coming here almost a year ago and it's the best decision I made. The coaches are always encouraging, helping me improve my form, or pushing me to reach higher limits with weight choice. The challenges are always fun (well, except for Orange Everest) and I love to see my progress with each new one on the app to see if I achieved a new personal record. The best part by far, are all of the people you meet. In addition to being a great workout, it's my social hour in the morning as well. Bonus that my sister goes to a Bay Area Orangetheory and we compare challenge results. 😎

I have been working out here for over 8 years and this format has kept me in the best shape. The coaches are always encouraging and the classes are challenging, yet can allow you to go at your own pace. The best part is the community of other members.

Orangetheory folsom is such a great place to workout. The classes are heart rate based. Different workout every day the coaches instruct and demo for you so you just have to show up. The front desk staff are so professional and sweet young people there are also clean showers if you need to head out to work. Orangetheory Folsom is the best!!!!

MY NEW FAVORITE GYM! I love how dynamic the workouts are, I love the coach support and encouragement, I love the other members and how they treat each other like family. I also love that I can go 6-7 days per week and I don't feel like I'm over-working or injuring my body. The heart rate ranges let me know when I need to lower my intensity or when I need to pick it up, so its a great way of keeping my body safe while increasing my fitness!
