In-Shape Family Fitness

Facility is clean and has plenty of parking spots. We like that there’s always a lane for my son to lap swim. Staff are friendly and professional. Shout out to Courtney the assistant manager she’s awesome! She’s kind and very helpful whenever we needed assistance with my son’s membership. Thank you In Shape!

I wish I lived in the area so I could frequent this gym more often. This is a beautiful two-story fitness facility with a huge pool and even a barbecue area where you can eat lunch and do pull ups. The entire facility was very clean and I don’t think I saw one piece of equipment that was, broken or being fixed anywhere. They have basketball, racquetball, a kids club, and a pretty large and spacious locker room. I also really appreciated the large number of hand sanitizing dispensers in the facility.

I have felt successful and motivated working with Serena, a personal trainer at In-Shape in Folsom. She listened carefully to my goals and challenges and has designed workouts to address both. I’m sure I would not be this far along on my journey without her expertise and encouragement. I also appreciate the wide variety of machines and equipment available and that they are kept clean. Joining In-Shape and then springing for a personal trainer were great decisions.

Great place to workout! Everything is clean and plenty of machines to use. My favorite part about this gym is the pre and post workout drinks and shake option. Definitely will recommend anyone to sign up here!

I enjoy going to In Shape gyms and can see they are constantly trying to keep verything updated and well cared for, like the equipment. This is a very family oriented gym and there is a lot to do there and many option for people to either get back into shape or maintain their current physique. I enjoy attending and so does my family as well. Also, staff is very kind and courteous and they are constantly working to keep things in tip top shape and are also working very hard to keep the environment clean.
