Crunch Fitness - Folsom

Can’t say enough about the wonderful employees here! Nico, James and Andrew are so helpful in explaining any questions I have. I’ve seen how they treat each client here with a level of respect and understanding of their individual needs when coming to inquire about a membership or just want some helpful feedback on their fitness goals. The gym is an array of people at different stages of thier fitness and everyone is respectful and shares equipment when needed; at least in my personal experience anyway💁🏻‍♀️ So when you have a teen son who appreciates his health & forces you to workout with him when he is home, you listen and go! I strongly suggest trying out Crunch gym!

They run HIIT class on floor so you have to listen to a coach yelling into a microphone while you workout. It’s ridiculous. Customer service is awful. Just go to planet fitness..cleaner cheaper and nicer

Friendly staff that are always smiling and willing to help with anything. I've never left without one of them saying good evening or have a good night. Chill friendly members also. Good vibe

Place is a scam and super dirty. Manager is a rude blonde woman and her employees obviously do not care about anything. I took this picture in the yoga room and they were everywhere. Absolutely disgusting I cancelled my membership the next day. Which by the way shouldn’t be a complicated thing. The manager was pressuring me to explain exactly why I was cancelling and kept trying to sell me different things. It was just super uncomfortable.

Worst gym in Folsom, Nico the new gm has let the level of cleanliness drop so far down the hole that when I addressed the lack of supplies to clean the machines the canceled my membership
