I’ve been an OTF member before joining the El Segundo location, and keep coming back for the amazing workouts! The staff here is fantastic; they always greet me with a warm welcome and a smile. When I joined in April, Steven took extra time to explain the different memberships and patiently answered all my questions, especially since it had been over a year since I was last in the studio. The warm and inviting atmosphere keeps me motivated every time I visit. Plus, there’s plenty of parking—you might just have to walk a little (which is a good warm-up!). Highly recommend this location!

Love this location. The coaches, staff, members, equipment, … all great! They have accommodated me for several personal issues that have come up and have always made me feel like a valuable customer. They are always available when I call. They have reasonable policies that serve everyone and make for a more enjoyable experience for the group. They are welcoming to every and anyone who walks through their doors.

The exercise class itself is great, but the staff at this location is difficult. I sprained my foot and got covid and, because I called and let them know I had covid towards the end of being sick (rather than at the beginning), my choices are to either go to 4 classes a week or just lose the money. I was criticized for calling when I did (rather than at the beginning of being ill). Rather than blaming me for why the studio can't do anything to help; they should thank sick members for not showing up ill and be able to work with clients so that they can actually enjoy and use their membership, even with minor illness and injury. If you sign up, you're just asking to lose money. In response to the owner’s response: 1. I was eventually given 4 classes, and that was nice, but that doesn’t undo the fact that I do not want to show up to the studio because the manager was so incredibly rude to me. No one deserves to feel bullied by the staff of a fitness studio. I even skipped the social event I paid $100 to attend because she made me feel so uncomfortable. 2. I do not feel confortable emailing the manager email address because it is the manager who’s treating me/presumptively others like this.

Terrible studio. Do not go here. Was in from out of town for work don’t know the area took a Lyft to the studio and was 7 minutes past the time to get into class. Steven wouldn’t let me In and was rude and treated me poorly. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with him. I used to be a coach at OTF and it’s a terrible place to work too. Do not go to this studio.
