VERVE Studios Del Mar

I absolutely love verve spin classes!! The classes are so much fun, and the energy is incredible. Hailey is hands down the best—her enthusiasm and positivity are infectious. She always knows how to pump everyone up and keep the class motivated from start to finish. Since I started, I’ve noticed such a positive impact on my mental health. The workouts help clear my mind, boost my mood, and keep me feeling strong and confident. It's one of those classes that kicks your butt every time and pushes your physical health to the next level. I am 0% a morning person and have forced myself to work out in the AM. On the contrary I leave every morning class energized, accomplished, inspired and already excited for the next one. Highly recommend!!

I have been taking spin classes for several years now and have been on a hunt for a studio that emulates that same “third space” feeling I had at my local one before it closed. The first class I took at Verve, I was immediately welcomed in by the clients and staff. The studio is beautiful and the equipment well-maintained. Staff is devoted to the clients and already remembered my name by my 2nd class. Silvia is an incredible instructor and I cannot recommend her enough. Her classes serve not just my physical health but my mental and emotional health. It is an honor to ride with her. Thank you Verve for creating this space!

I am new to spin and have done 7 classes at Verve and they’ve been amazing! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, and the instructors make the workouts fly by because they are so much fun. It’s helped me get back into a regular fitness routine and I am already feeling more energy!

Verve studios has been so much fun! Everyone is so energetic & kind. They remember everyone & greet everyone with a warm welcome! I had been missing spin a lot since moving from OC and was so glad to finally find Verve! With the first class, I felt welcome and everyone was so nice. The classes are fun, high energy, and a great workout! I tried their strength class too and thought it was great! I am looking forward to more in the new year!
