By far the worst gym I've ever been to, and I've been working out for 20 years. Only reason I still go here is because it's walking distance from where I live. I will say that the front desk staff is always very friendly. Outside of that, this gym is awful. Management could not care any less about the cleanliness of the gym, equipment working, enough plates, and weights being returned to the proper spot. Oh, did I mention cleanliness? I'll preface by saying that I am not a clean freak by any means. However, this gym is next level filthy as seen in the photos. I'm also amazed nearly every time I go here with the lack of regard from other gym goers. Weights are never in the right spot, barbells (yes, barbells) are constantly missing from the weight benches, and dumbells are all over the place in the gym. Never mind not being in the right spot on the rack. You'll consistently find dumbells on the opposite end of the gym from where they belong. It's like a scavenger hunt to find a dumbell set or kettle bell. It's 1000% on management of this gym. Like I said earlier, it's extremely evident that the management does not care about upkeep whatsoever. They are clearly understaffed for any type of routine upkeep you would expect in a gym.

Unfortunately, the front desk said the manager does not accept guest passes after 11pm. at this location. The front desk said to call ahead of time next time. Let them know no one answered the phone and attempted to call 3 times. At least make sure your phone lines are working, and save people the trip. Not busy at night, and I was looking forward to this gym, but maybe in a few months. Hard to decide if you want a memebership when they put limits on gym access for the guest pass.

Andrew the general manager at this location (Irvine/ Costa Mesa) is solid!!! Very grateful for him getting things handled and always has a positive attitude. I hope whoever is above him in the chain of command recognizes this comment! Andrew thank you for all of your hard work and commitment to constant professionalism! (Also, everyone at the front desk it awesome too!) Thank you all for grinding and making this a great gym!

To preface, the staff are very pleasant, no problems there. This gym is nasty though. The men's room has smelled like sewage as long as I've been going here (6 months), there's only one working water fountain on the weights floor and the water doesn't taste great. It's insanely busy, machines are broken constantly, and the weight area is constantly down 2 or 3 barbells which makes the bench/incline bench/squat racks even harder to get time on. Also there's a 2 hour limit to parking accompanied by having to get your ticket validated, which I understand is not the gym's fault, but it does make things more annoying. There is a chance for greatness if they just put in more water fountains, more barbells (for racks that are already there!), cleaned the place more, and fixed the smell in the men's locker room. This is not the WORST 24 I've been to but it's down there for sure.

I was visiting from out of state and went to this club for a few days. Like all 24 hour clubs, they need cleaning everywhere but mostly in the bathrooms and they should have an employee re racking the dumbbells at a minimum. The basketball court needs to be redone five years ago. To the member with the funny looking Tight, Red, White and Blue stripped short shorts, red muscle shirt, big glasses with big head phones....who asked if I was using my dumbbells and when told I was he just rolled his eyes back and picked them up and walked away. That's one great human being lacking basic gym etiquette. I guess he gets a special thrill bullying others. I reported it to the staff whom was very friendly and concerned. There were no managers on site this day but the young man at the front desk along with the young woman went right up to talk to him.
