Came from out of state and wasn’t aware of the $10 surcharge. I got to the studio early like they said put my card on file and gave them my ID. I started my workout and the front desk person comes and tells me that I am going to be charged $10 surcharge because their studio is a higher tier than mine from the east coast. I had already started my workout so I wasn’t going to stop now, I expressed my concern to her and she said not to worry and that I can talk to the manager about this charge. She told me to call at 3 pm and I did. Manager was not there so I left my number and asked for a call back. Manager finally calls me back at 5 pm and states there’s nothing he can do about the charge. The app didn’t notify me when I signed up and neither did the OTF staff until after the workout already started. Very unprofessional and manager is very rude and no help. I will not be coming back to this studio. I don’t mind paying the $10 if I am atleast told in a timely manner. I will go the other San Fran locations over this one.

Had a chance to workout with my kid who lives in SF, so I visited the Daly City location for the first time. I think this is studio #25 this year. Place was great and Coach Sara was excellent. The floor area is a little funky and long, but turned out just fine.

Orange theory is a great workout. I used to do this pre covid at a different location and loved it. I considered signing up again, but when I went to book an intro class, there were none available for the day I wanted. Ever since, I’ve been getting hounded with calls from them. I received 4 calls yesterday. I finally asked them to remove me from their call list bc it was a little ridiculous and extremely distracting while I’m at work. Fast forward to today, I’m still getting blown up by them. I finally had to block them. This really put me off from signing up again. Harassing potential members is never a way to get them to sign up

Let me start with the front staff which is always beyond helpful and courteous. The trainers are always in sync and motivating. The variety in the time schedule and getting into a class is beneficial to us-working moms. The facility is well maintained and very clean. The people that come and workout mean business and aren't there to show off. Orangetheory has helped me be consistent with my workout schedule and keeps me surprised and motivated every class.
