Awful gym. If you can even call it that. Taught my sister how to do a cartwheel on my own.

Unprofessional staff who laugh in your face while sharing your frustrations about their lack of communication. My daughter was dropped from level 2 to level 1 in the middle of class after being in level 2 for 2 months with no fair warning. When I asked about it to the manager, Coach Sabrina flat-out lied, saying she had been communicating with me for weeks. My daughter had no idea what to do when she was told by Coach Sabrina she did not belong in level 2 and wandered around the gym on the verge of tears because grownups pushed her away. My daughter has been at Winners Gymnastics for 5 months and took 2 classes a week for the first two months, and she has yet to be taught how to do a cartwheel. The gym's suggestion? Take two weekly classes again or pay $60 an hour for private lessons. There are too many students per class, which does not allow time for proper instruction. This place is an unprofessional money grab. Do your research on other local gyms before signing up for Winners Gymnastics. They do not respect the parents or inform you on the children’s progress. Coach Sabrina is childish and unprofessional as she continually smirked and giggled during our conversation and walked away laughing. Update to respond to owner: The problem is not that she was sent back to level 1, that’s fine; the problem is that nothing was communicated to me prior, although Sabrina lied, saying she was in communication with me weeks prior and it happened in the middle of a class session which led my daughter to be walking around the gym confused, that should not have happened. Also, Sabrina’s disrespect towards me, the parent, by laughing in my face, knowing you (the owner) will allow her to get away with it as she did it right in front of you. You even doubled down by offering to drop my daughter from classes and said, “Can we just get back to work?” as if you were upset by my actions and not of your staff who caused this. I genuinely feel discriminated against because we are Hispanic.

My 8 year old came here and made the xcel bronze team after only doing gymnastics for 7 months. When competition season began in January I noticed her attitude changed. She wasn’t my happy little girl that I know. She was emotional, which isn’t like her. In February she cried the whole 30 minutes home and cried herself to sleep over coach Rico’s choice of words. He decided to tell my EIGHT YEAR OLD CHILD that she did not belong in Gymnastics due to her scores not being in the 9s. Mind you, see part of the contract I attached here where it clearly contradicts Rico’s behavior. In Vegas there was an incident where a lady from another gym was announcing the awards. She did not call up my daughter. Whether she won 1st place or 9th, I do not care. I traveled to Vegas like everyone else and I expect my daughter to be treated the same as the other gymnasts who placed. Well, Eva accused me of being drunk because I approached the lady and told her to make it right and call my daughter’s name AFTER awards were already done. Mind you I am pregnant… I was 100% sober. Other parents may have let it go, but I’m not them. BTW Eva never spoke to me about the Vegas situation, she instead spoke to my mother about it as if my mother was going to punish me, a 30 year old woman… Ever since then it was never the same at the gym for me. I was getting cold shoulders left and right. Then, at States this month, the scoreboard was WAY off at bars and myself and several parents were concerned as we want our children to get the scores they EARN and DESERVE, not someone else’s score. No parent said anything, so when my daughter was up I NICELY waved to coach Summer and said the board is off, she then gets snippy with me and shouts “it’s delayed!” And blatantly rolls her eyes at me, doesn’t even try to hide it. Her and Steven who is the “office manager, IT manager and competition coordinator” proceeded to talk about me with my daughter just a foot away. I’d prefer you speak poorly about me when my child is NOT right next to you. The meet ended fine, my daughter placed 7th in vault with a PB of 9.4. I’m proud of her. Whether she came home with 1 medal, 5 medals or NONE, I do not care. That’s my daughter and I will always be proud of her. Monday night 04/08 my child comes to me and says “Rico said he’s pissed off at me because I didn’t do good at competition this weekend” and that was it for me. She is now 9 and we are telling a CHILD this for what reason?! My child cried the whole way home again. She was depressed the whole week over his words. And Eva completely placed the blame on ME stating me as a parent I need to be professional… I don’t owe anyone any professionalism, I pay YOUR gym to help my daughter, to motivate her, to teach her and guide her. Not emotionally abuse her. Talk to Rico and Summer about their professionalism. And train your coaches on how to properly speak to CHILDREN. They are CHILDREN for crying out loud. My 9 year old was heart broken to tell me she was done, she’ll miss her friends, but she’s done. And I’m so proud of her for being able to make the hard decision to walk away even though it hurts her. You can see it in photos how she just lost the love for gymnastics after coach Rico just kept tearing her down meet after meet. Do yourself a favor, look into other gyms. Sports are suppose to be FUN, competitive but FUN. Your coaches are suppose to support you and give guidance when needed, and there’s a way to do that. Unfortunately coaches at this gym don’t know how to provide guidance without insulting these young children.

I want to give them zero star if possible. I have two girls are training there for almost two years . We like all the coaches there except the own name Eva. She is super duper rude and always mad . She always had an affected air and a disdainful look . She only talks and nice to some parents she like . Especially to American families. As a Asian family I have been discriminated all the time . When I want to ask questions I just ask other parents or coach . I am afraid to talk to her . Every time she knows I am stand there and want to ask her something. She will walk away and ignore on purpose. When she have chance to talk to me , she towards her face with a impatience looking . I hate her rude face .Crazy attitude. Bad person. Very disgusting. Definitely I won’t pay any of my money on this terrible lady.

When I signed up, there were seven children in a class. Today, total 12 kids are in class together. Did they put different level together? What about the younger kids? And changing teachers again, it's really messy. It's really getting worse
