I signed my daughter thru the city of chino hills for tumble classes. Their male coach was constantly talking to the older girls. Dint pay attention to the little girls. The place was not clean, and in the summer there is no A/C. Super unorganized. Everyone is everywhere. Finished the 6 weeks class and we never came back.

I had high hopes for Sokol Gymnastics, but our experience has been nothing short of frustrating. From poor customer service to inadequate accommodations, this place falls far short of its promises. 1. Rude and Unhelpful Receptionist: The receptionist made it a point to inform me that she has been doing this for 50 years, but experience doesn’t excuse rudeness. Interactions were consistently unpleasant, and I often felt dismissed when trying to get information or assistance. 2. Mighty Mites Class is Not Age-Appropriate: The Mighty Mites class is advertised as suitable for children from walking age to 3 or 4 years old. However, at 17 months, my daughter struggled significantly because the class was not modified for younger children. I essentially had to carry her the entire time, as there were no accommodations to meet her developmental needs. This is misleading advertising and fails to support younger children in the class. 3. Overcrowded and Unorganized: Although Sokol claims to split classes into 8 children per instructor, this was not the case during our time there. Classes were overcrowded, leaving children and parents without adequate support or attention. 4. Rigid and Inflexible Policies: Their makeup and non-transferable class policies are unnecessarily strict. While I understand the need for policies, the lack of flexibility was incredibly frustrating. My daughter was unable to attend an entire month of classes due to meltdowns, which I communicated as soon as I could given that I am a full-time working mom with two kids. Instead of understanding, they blamed me for not reaching out sooner. A little flexibility and compassion would have gone a long way in this situation. 5. Poor Accessibility and Communication: The lobby is constantly crowded, often with a line of people waiting to speak with the receptionist. Their phone lines are not always open during the day, making it difficult for working parents to reach them. (Hence the delay in me reaching out) Overall, Sokol Gymnastics demonstrated zero willingness to work with families or accommodate individual needs. The rigid policies, overcrowded classes, and dismissive attitude from staff make this a place I cannot recommend. If you’re looking for a supportive and flexible environment for your child, I suggest looking elsewhere.

My 3 1/2 yr old started today and coach summer was amazing. She can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend this place. Can’t wait for her to be a part of this establishment.

The gymnastics center has 2 sides, 1) team competitive gymnastics for boys and girls, and 2) recreational gymnastics for fun. Both sides will help your child in many ways, physically and mentally. Our son has been here for more than 3 years. He transitioned from the rec to the team. He continues to improve balance, strength, discipline and character. He enjoys his time with his friends and the teachers. He has improved tremendously with their help. The facility is large with lots of equipment. The kids all seem to have fun from toddlers' mommy and me type classes to working on college scholarships and Olympic dreams.

Complete waste of money, management is horrible! The owner lacks education, not all coaches are bad, but some are verbally abusive. Most have no control over the kids in their classes as well. Think twice before sending your child here, the place also smells so bad!!! I was hung up on multiple times, they don’t care about anything besides stealing your money! This place is such a joke! Nothing but a bunch of clowns running a unorganized circus. I’d give negative stars if I could! Also look up Diamond Elite Gymnastics for more reviews! Yelp especially! Save your money! Horrible reviews and other parents hearing verbal abuse from coaches!
