The atmosphere is excellent, with a friendly crowd that values personal space, a key benefit for me. The staff is always approachable and welcoming, contributing to a positive experience. The equipment and machinery have performed reliably, and the bathrooms are consistently well-maintained.

I have been to many Planet Fitness locations but this one is the best I have been to so far. I started coming here regularly during peak hours since last October and like any gym they have their off days too. However, I always see the team members moving around, ensuring supplies are refilled and they are always cleaning. On busy days, you see multiple team members ensuring operations run smoothly. They are also always very polite and friendly. I, unfortunately, changed jobs and can no longer come regularly to this location anymore. But, if you are thinking of joining this location, definitely do so. If you don't like big crowds, this location gets pretty empty from 8:00pm and onward. Friday's are the best days to get your workouts in.

I have been the PF member in this branch for about a year and seen many disgusting and unusual things here. out of 3 rolling tissues two of them are usually ran out of the paper or jammed in the roll. numerous times it happened that the machines are not cleaned for few days and I found gums, stains and dirt on them. the shower area is ALWAYS and ALWAYS dirty and absolutely antihygienic. there are always some socks or underwear around the trash bin in the change room or the trash bin is wet in and out. most of the times 3-4 out of 6 step machines are out of order or have an error massage and don't function. I don't recommend this branch for exercise and fitness.

I loved working out there. The employees were so nice and caring. I am from Ohio and it was like having an extended family there. I wasn't just a number they would greet me by name. I would encourage anyone to use this PF!

So as a "Black Card" I have traveled around extensively to MANY Planet Fitness locations (Grand Junction Colorado / The ✨️Best✨️yet) ... But this Location absolutely horrible ... black mold in the shower stalls, 1/2" - 1 1/2 of standing water in the changing room, due to clogged shower drains, ALL KINDS of body hair ... f'n gross !!! The Best part when I brought it up to "Staff" they told me it's up to the "cleaning crew" .... like 3 employees at the front desk and no one is willing to go mop up the floor ??? Maybe it will take a "slip -n- fall" lawsuit to make an impact on the customer safety let alone health. So if You do choose to use this facility, bring rain boots if ya plan to use the men's changing stalls in the shower room. It would be real nice to see a clean and healthy environment / customer care instead of "lip service"
