My then 5-year-old joined Power of One in 2021, and since then, every facet of growth has improved dramatically: Concentration, learning, confidence, & alacrity (not to mention strength, speed and conditioning). He now spends four days a week there, learning karate, jiu-jitsu, sparring and weapons(!). It's a toss-up on who enjoys it more, him or my wife and I watching his expanding well-being. They also have family nights, where they entertain all the kids one evening so the parents can have a night out. This school has definitely been an amazing silver lining through the quarantine.
