My son, my wife, and myself love this place all about respect and growth and in such a short time here I’ve seen it in my son, coming out of his shell….. I love it! Awesome coaches good one on one time where they teach the right form…there thorough …. My son is part of something that is good here and it can be used for the rest of his life. All in all…. I highly recommend move or die boxing!

Love this place ! The coaches are amazing and have so much patience and dedication to the kids. Coach Hicks has such a great personality and a way of teaching that makes it such a good time for my son. Coach Cantu will make sure you get it right and the kids have so much respect for him. Definitely a role model to look up to. They not only teach the skills but also respect and they also motivate them to do well in school. My son has been there for almost 2 months and I have seen his confidence improve so much. Definitely recommend 🙌🏼

My 11year old twin boys love this place. They not only learn the sport they learn discipline and dedication. The coaches care about the kids and are great role models. The groups are not large groups so the kids get the attention needed. Would definitely recommend this place .

Awsome. I've watched my son advance from the beginning. Now he's more motivated even at home to be active and healthy. Thanks coaches for all you do. Definitely recommended for everyone.

My daughter has been coming here for months now and she loves it! the coaches are dedicated on teaching each student to be better and always seem to genuinely care about all the kids that go there and not only do they card about boxing but they care about every kids education. They acknowledge school achievements and sharing them with the whole gym. Great place to start your boxing journey
