Great yoga studio! Super convenient times and location. The cool towels after a class feel incredible but have to say the ones on Wednesday night post restore, when Meghan is there, really hit different. Not sure what magic she is putting in those guys but perfect cool towel every time.

YogaSix West Vancouver changed my life! The entire staff have made my experience comfortable and positive in all styles and heat flow. I tell everyone about this place and what practicing has done for me. They are clean, time schedules well organized and I love their themes and cute community. I've been coming a little over a year now and I don't think I could see this place not in my life when I'm older.

The studio is clean and the staff is friendly. I like the teachers too, they have very clear instructions. For me, the temperature is just right, not too hot, but hot enough that you will be sweating comfortably during a regular flow class.

I feel so lucky to be part of this yoga community as a member the last year. I love the Power Flow classes and how each instructor makes it their own. I have learned so much from Miranda, Brierly and Lauren’s classes specifically. Because of their teachings, I am a stronger and more mindful yogi and feel continuously inspired to show up for myself mentally and physically. I love how the space feels like a true yoga studio (not just about fitness) and isn’t competitive and focused on weight loss or calories. All abilities are welcome. Finding more instructors with yoga knowledge and experience would be awesome and more possibilities for community events or outdoor flows. Expanding would be cool as well so there can be more time slots for flow classes! Love the location and cleanliness of the studio too!

YogaSix West Vancouver is a beautiful studio with a wonderful community of yogis. I value the variety of class type options but specifically appreciate the heated power vinyasa. A few of the power flow instructors are incredible. Miranda’s classes are beautifully balanced, paced, and explore the freedom of movement in yoga while being challenging; her experience is evident and appreciated. Brierly has well structured classes that are often themed and she guides you through fundamental and advanced postures with thorough cues. Bethany’s classes are thoughtful and transcendent. Her flows are challenging but glide seamlessly and fit the intention she offers with each class. Lauren’s classes are creative and funky and allow you to explore and play in your practice while you build on it week after week. These instructors do a beautiful job of having a primary focus on practicing yoga at any level and it’s so refreshing in the bustle of fitness culture.

Finally, a Lagree studio in Vancouver and it does not disappoint! The instructors at FlightForm are absolutely incredible. They are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about each person’s form and progress. They take the time to correct form, offer modifications, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every movement. If you’re looking for an effective, results-driven workout with top-tier instructors, this is the place to be. So happy to finally have this in Vancouver!

Great studio with great instructors! I was so glad to find FlightFORM after moving away from my other Lagree studio of 2+ years. I've found the classes equally as challenging/fun and the instructors are really good at giving form corrections. I also really love the mirrors in the studio which help me check my own form throughout the class!

I’ve done a few aerial yoga classes and Lagree one time. Both were rad! Lagree seems like an incredibly efficient way to get in very very good shape. I say this because I was SO SORE in the few days after. Definitely a whole body workout. Every time I’ve done aerial it’s been way more chill but still fun and challenging. I felt a little intimidated going into my first class, but that dissipated as soon as we got started. Diana is extremely welcoming and talented at instructing so it was pretty easy to feel comfortable quickly. In short, you should go here! Whether you’re a seasoned fitness fanatic or looking for a new thing to get into. It’ll be great! 😎

I’ve been spreading the word because this place is truly a gem. Highly recommend checking it out!

Ok, so let me just put this out there, I've never tried yoga before today or ever been to a yoga studio, for that matter. As we entered, I looked around this very simple yet very clean and organized room. To the left, there was a wall of tasteful wooden cubbies attached to a matching bench. And to the right were approximately ten mats strategically placed on the floor, each equipped with two foam bricks, a long pillow, and a blanket to aid newbies and those with injuries, I'm assuming. We were approached by a charming young lady by the name of Varity, who introduced herself as the instructor and offered us some water and / or tea, then allowed us to choose from the remaining stations that were open. Varity had a calm and soft voice, which I found to be relaxing and helped get into the right head space. We started with some brief breathing exercises to set the rhythm for our exercise. She did very well guiding us through different poses by explaining where to move each limb while staying in the rythym of our breathing, which I found very helpful. I was able to follow most of the directions with my eyes closed. There were a couple of times when I simply didn't know the terminology, so I had to open my eyes to follow the example. The first half of the class involved fluid movements between upright poses, and the second half was mostly lay down poses that we held for a few min. She came by and whispered suggestions to those of us that didn't quite grasp the concept of a particular stretch, which I greatly appreciated because I have injuries and I'm not trying to hurt myself. I entered this establishment stiff and sore from lifestyle choices. I left very calm, collected and relaxed. I was still sore but a loose feel good kind of sore. Doing these holding stretches help align my spine in a way that physical therapy has failed. My back popped in 4 places in a good way. As if I loosened everything up around it and allowed the disks to slide back into place naturally. All and all, I am very grateful for this experience. After today I see why people do yoga. I feel like this yoga studio can be very beneficial to both mental and physical health. I thank you very much Varity!! I don't know how other studios instruct yoga class but I like the way you did. I left feeling much better than I entered. Thank you

Best thing my sister and I did in the fall of 2021 was add Heights Yoga to our routine. Everyone, teachers and fellow students, are very kind and supportive. The instructors very knowledgeable and great at offering options to work around limitations. Each has their somewhat different approach, which adds to the enjoyment and the overall result. The studio space is quite comfortable and location very handy. I attend the more active yoga classes several days a week. and love to fit in restorative practice when I can. It is clear that this studio provides a welcoming space for students of all ages and abilities. I have and will continue to recommend it to others.
