This is an amazing studio where everyone is supportive, encouraging, kind, and fiercely strong in the most positive way. I visited on vacation and wanted to move to be a part of this wonderful studio. They are fantastic! I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for an encouraging but disciplined, positive workout environment. This team rocks!

Great job by Ms. Wedny Atmaram - great work - it was touching today - well done, maintained- Super good. I used to be part of PALA earlier while during White House Government ..i was about to get selected in National Yoga Organization in US also yes i have done Kundalini Yoga and other Yogas while i learnt from Asian India. As you know Yoga was invented from Asian India and like similar to Mathematics originally Zero was invented from India but Arabs took it then to middle east and then to europe same way Yoga has come here

Gracie is the best yoga instructor! She literally motivated my body to do things I did not think were possible. Take her Monday and Thursday classes, you’ll thank me later!

HOPE P = best yoga teacher. Truly had the most amazing class this evening. She is an enormously gifted instructor, and still teaches with an open, authentic heart. Most magical combination ✨

CorePower is an incredible yoga studio!!! Every instructor is motivating, enthusiastic and awesome. I absolutely love the sculpt classes. They give me a a great sweat, work my full body but also feel very safe. I look forward to going every week. I would recommend this studio to any one because they have classes that fulfill everyone’s needs. You can sweat it out in sculpt and then recover in core restore! I love this studio and can’t wait to continue going!

I just recently moved to the area and was looking for a yoga studio to start a membership at. I always try different studios in the area and ultimately determine which class I prefer the best. The Works Studio caught my eye immediately and their classes seemed to be in line with exactly what I was looking for…. Safe to say, I will not be returning. The class was EXTREMELY packed to the point where there was truly no freedom to move and your personal space is completely violated. I’m not sure if it was just the instructor, but she was extremely difficult to hear over the music she was playing, went WAY too fast (if you don’t know what you’re doing you’re screwed) and I hate to say, not friendly at all !! (And that’s coming from someone who spent 22 years with New Jersey “hospitality”). Typically after a first class the instructor will ask how the class went, etc., I think Susanne was just excited to get home. It was unfortunate because I was super excited about this studio and ultimately decided I will not be purchasing a membership here . Oh and if you go to their studio downtown, you will have to pay for parking(: how nice

I’m only here for 2 days visiting my best friend and we don’t get to see each other very often, so we booked and paid for seats next to each other online, and we show up and they gave our seats away and put us on opposite sides of the class. The lockers they gave us even had our original seats on them, and the front girl did nothing and barely apologized. THEN I get into the class, and my bike is broken!!! The resistance doesn’t work, so I sit on my bike the entire class and get no workout in. I let the instructor know and she knew the bike was broken and was surprised they took a hold off that bike! The instructor also was very hard to understand during the class. I let the front desk girl know she moved me to a broken bike at the end of the class and that I got no workout in and she just said oops sorry. I was never offered a refund or a comp or anything. I would not recommend coming here. The staff was not helpful at all. I am extremely disappointed and it was a waste of time. UPDATE: The owner was out of town this day and read my review and apologized and gave me a refund of the class, so I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I still think their staff needs to be trained better on how to treat the customers in this sort of situation, every other workout studio I have gone to has been a lot better about ensuring the paying customer is treated exceptionally.

This place is more than a yoga studio, it’s a community. I leave feeling empowered and strong. I love the variety of class offerings and their instructors are top notch. The music and lighting is a vibe and each time I go I find myself drawn back. I find myself actively trying not to go 7 days a week. If you haven’t tried theworks before this is your sign to get in the room!

Yoga-because therapy once a week is too expensive 😝 I love the teachers, vibe, and welcomes of the studio. The goal isn’t to do poses perfectly or be perfect, but to listen to your body and enjoy your yoga. I’ve been to many studios that I’ve enjoyed but I feel like The Works really is a sincere dose of motivation both physically and mentally in every class.

This studio PACKS their classes to a point which seems unhealthy / unsafe and is definitely not conducive to those looking for a yoga class and space to unwind. 55 people in one room is way too many. The sound system is blown out and the music is so loud you can’t hear yourself think or even clearly hear the instructor on their microphone telling you how to move. Mash up vinyasa is nothing like yoga vinyasa. Make sure you understand what you’re signing up for. As someone who who had never been there before, I was not aware of this and wouldn’t have taken the class if I did know. They also don’t offer military discount :/ Things I did like: Maddy was very kind. They also set up a cubby for me with a towel and such which was appreciated.

Lots of happy, sweaty people here in this beautiful and spotlessly clean facility. 360 Yoga has incredible teachers who are also really good people. You will be surrounded by the smiles of those who love this practice. A truly great community of people of all ages, sizes, backgrounds. In addition to Bikram classes, there are Flow and HIIT classes, too. We are so lucky to have such a nice facility here in the Charleston area. I have heard more than one visitor say that it is the nicest Bikram studio they've ever been to! healthy body, healthy mind♥

After a long time, it’s a good (hard time) to come back! Having a lot of fun. An extra thanks to Yvonne who teaches weekend mornings and Monday evenings! Your class makes my day, not just mine because I can’t believe how many students talk about how much they love your classes and so many other instructors quote you. Also a big thanks to Charnelle!HITT is awesome! I already see the results after a couple sessions! The teachers and the participants at 360 Yoga are wonderful and I’m thankful to be apart of this wonderful group. I’m enjoying all the learning here and look forward to taking more classes and learning from more instructors. Thank you!

My sister in law and I love taking Maddie’s class on Sunday mornings. Lots of free parking, great fellowship with other yogis and Maddie’s lovely spirit makes out for an awesome Sunday. Thank you for being so authentic, kind and unpretentious! We feel very comfortable there. The way Yoga Should be!

A welcoming studio where students of all levels feel at home with a variety of classes. I feel stronger and more energized after class, and I always look forward to walking into the studio. It’s a great place to practice yoga, with good size classes and knowledgeable instructors. •

I absolutely love yoga at this studio. Each session is engaging and you can make it as challenging as you need. I’ve done majority of my classes with Maddie, she’s fantastic!

I was quite reluctant to come to yoga, fearing being judged and of course I don’t know what I’m doing. All fears were gone by the end of day one. The tone is set by the coaches (so positive and encouraging), but everyone in the classroom is so pleasant and great to be around. There are a lot more men that attend than I had ever thought. To see yoga done at a high level by some is so inspirational. I have a long way to go, but really love being apart of this group of amazing people. An environment for everyone of all levels. Come for the challenge, stay for the amazing cool washcloth at the end - worth the work that you put in.

Absolutely love the classes at Charleston Power Yoga! The atmosphere (energy of the instructor/fellow yogis, heat, light, and music) is everything! Maddie is the best!

Up until about a month ago I was one of those people who struggled with anxiety and also just thought breathing is breathing, why would I need a class to intentionally focus on just that? In reality, one of the most effective entry points for cultivating the relaxation response is altering the way in which we breathe. As someone who loves The Works Cycle and finds themself there 3-4 times every week, I thought popping into The Breather 45 with Taylor might be a good compliment to my weekly routine, so I gave it a shot. Now, this is how I start my Sunday. Each. Week. This class is not just the biggest hug for your nervous system, it truly helps to lay the foundation for a week filled with calmer moments, more gratitude, and offers a space to check in with yourself. Taylor is so kind and welcoming, she creates an amazing environment and is so passionate about what she does. If you're looking for a way to short-circuit the stress response, go book The Breather 45 and thank me later.

I've been to a few classes at this location, the breathing class, an assisted vinyasa, and a vinyasa. Pros: the breathing class was my favorite, very unique. There are also multiple different class and time options. I also like how some classes are only 45 minutes. Cons: The classes are always very overcrowded. I can never fully feel comfortable moving around when people are so close to me. The vinyasa class was very rushed and didn't flow well, it was just one movement after another, but not much concentration on each pose which I didn't prefer.

My first experience at this new studio! I accidentally went to The Works in the Oyster Park shopping center but luckily this one is right across the street. The hands on assists were AMAZING I’m so glad they offer more deep stretch and slow flow classes here!
