My goodness, this place is doing great things. I've never seen a business this community- oriented. We (mother/son combo) dropped in for some spontaneous Yoga. They got us into a wonderful class with all the props. Our pocketbook was not strained at all. These people need recognition for the work they are doing for ALL demographics They are also taking donations for their wonderful community outreach. Please try these folks, they're worth the drive!!

Indigo is a perfect blend of calming meditative movement paired with a sweaty burn! I love how there are beginners and more advanced attendees in each class. Everyone feels at home. The instructors are great. I love slow flow with Caron and all levels flow with Jan!

Indigo Yoga is like family. They truly care about their members and appreciate the members’ dedication to show up on their mat. The teachers here are the best! They make each practice fun, yet challenging. I love how each class is for ALL levels and whether you are a beginner, intermediate, or expert yogi, you can adjust your practice to how you feel that day. Every day I practice at Indigo is a good day!! 🫶💙

Took my first yoga class here as part of a group activity. Kelly was amazing! We had a wonderful restorative class and I’m hoping to continue at home. Really appreciate the advice Yoga Six offered while setting up our group activity.

Incredible class with Kelly! We did a low intensity class as a team building experience with some co-workers and she was great. We had several novice yoga attendees and she explained everything really well. Thanks Kelly!!

Can’t say enough good about this yoga studio. Heat is perfect to give yourself a nice sweat and flexibility. If you’ve never tried hot yoga you owe it to yourself. The instructors expertly guide you through poses and are very individually caring to their students.

I took Petra's Power Flow class at Yoga Six. Loved it! I liked the vibe and felt challenged but never felt like I couldn't keep up. Studio was clean and well appointed. I will definitely by taking more yoga classes here!

This is the best and cleanest yoga studio I’ve been to! The classes and instructors are amazing. However, I had a disappointing experience with McKenna at the front desk. I had been attending classes for 2-3 weeks and was always given a yoga mat and towel without any mention of extra charges. One evening, I brought a friend to try the class and asked McKenna for a mat and towel. She gave me the mat but seemed irritated when I asked for the towel. After the class, she asked for my credit card to keep on file, and shortly after, I noticed a $5 charge. When I asked her about it, she said the mat and towel were rentals. I explained that no one had ever told me this before, but instead of apologizing, she responded in a passive-aggressive tone, saying, “Well, it is so.” This left me feeling uncomfortable, and my friend, who witnessed it, decided not to return because of how McKenna behaved. I later reviewed the studio’s policies and saw that mat rentals are mentioned, but there’s no fee listed, and no one ever explained this to me. I also tried calling the next day to speak with a manager or owner, but no one has followed up. The studio is great, but experiences like this can really discourage people from coming back. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure everyone feels welcome.

This studio is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Sue, along with the amazing instructors and staff, truly go above and beyond to create a fantastic experience. The classes are great, offering something for everyone, and the people here are just as wonderful. One of the standout features is how impeccably clean the entire studio is — from the restrooms to the workout spaces, everything is spotless and well-maintained. It's clear that every detail is taken care of with care and professionalism. I can’t recommend this studio enough! If you’re looking for a place with great energy, excellent classes, and a true sense of community, this is it!🧘♀️🧘♂️❤️

Zen Hot Yoga Ftw is by far the best yoga studio I have been to in DFW. The studio is always clean, and smells clean, in fact you watch them clean as soon as class ends. They provide cooling towels after class, the women's shower is stocked with any self care items a gal might need. I love how they have more than one Pilates/strength class - they never disappoint. Soon as I move back to FTW I will gladly become a member again!

Zen Hot Yoga is a fantastic hot yoga studio. I have tried many nearby studios and this one takes the cake. They are the only studio in the area that practice the traditional bikram hot yoga and they do it well. The studio is inviting and beautiful. The staff makes you feel like a regular even on your second class. I could not recommend them any higher!

Bikram done right is probably one of the best flows for those looking for a full body workout while developing breath control. Zen has by for been the best studio ive visitedbin years. They provide the meditative and peaceful aura of traditional yoga while keeping the flow of hot yoga. No yelling or loud clapping with easy to follow guidance. Highly recommend over the several hot yoga studios between ftw and Arlington.
