Took my first yoga class here as part of a group activity. Kelly was amazing! We had a wonderful restorative class and I’m hoping to continue at home. Really appreciate the advice Yoga Six offered while setting up our group activity.

Incredible class with Kelly! We did a low intensity class as a team building experience with some co-workers and she was great. We had several novice yoga attendees and she explained everything really well. Thanks Kelly!!

Can’t say enough good about this yoga studio. Heat is perfect to give yourself a nice sweat and flexibility. If you’ve never tried hot yoga you owe it to yourself. The instructors expertly guide you through poses and are very individually caring to their students.

I took Petra's Power Flow class at Yoga Six. Loved it! I liked the vibe and felt challenged but never felt like I couldn't keep up. Studio was clean and well appointed. I will definitely by taking more yoga classes here!

This is the best and cleanest yoga studio I’ve been to! The classes and instructors are amazing. However, I had a disappointing experience with McKenna at the front desk. I had been attending classes for 2-3 weeks and was always given a yoga mat and towel without any mention of extra charges. One evening, I brought a friend to try the class and asked McKenna for a mat and towel. She gave me the mat but seemed irritated when I asked for the towel. After the class, she asked for my credit card to keep on file, and shortly after, I noticed a $5 charge. When I asked her about it, she said the mat and towel were rentals. I explained that no one had ever told me this before, but instead of apologizing, she responded in a passive-aggressive tone, saying, “Well, it is so.” This left me feeling uncomfortable, and my friend, who witnessed it, decided not to return because of how McKenna behaved. I later reviewed the studio’s policies and saw that mat rentals are mentioned, but there’s no fee listed, and no one ever explained this to me. I also tried calling the next day to speak with a manager or owner, but no one has followed up. The studio is great, but experiences like this can really discourage people from coming back. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure everyone feels welcome.
