My wife surprised me with a solo sound bath experience and it was so relaxing and truly a full body experience. The vibrating/heated bed was such a unique experience I loved it. I had never had the opportunity to do anything like this before. The store front is clean and full of positive energy and beautiful goodies. The Owner, Jennifer, is warm and very friendly. You can tell Jennifer is doing what she loves to do! Her knowledge shows with her guidance and bedside manner. If you’re considering experiencing a sound bath I highly recommend coming to the Serenity Place.

Very different sound bath experience from what I am used to. 10+% of it was an audio recording about how everything in life is “meaningless vapor” which managed to reference both God and Carl Sagan in the same tract. I found it to be an impressive feat of combining both science and religion, but a strange incorporation partway through a sound bath. The bowls, ocean drum, chimes and other instruments were played in somewhat of a rushed and discordant way- I found it reminiscent of a siren or storm, differing from meditative soundbaths I’ve attended in the past, which can be powerful but still overall zen experiences. There was also a strange interaction, after my family and I had set up our blankets, two regulars came and moved us because they had wanted up the front spaces even though they had no belongings or markers down, nor had the leader asked us to avoid any mattresses. I suppose that says more about the clientele than the business itself, but it added to the less than ideal experience. The yoga/reiki/other options may be better, but we’ll be sticking with our tried and true options in Sac from now on.

Today I had a relaxation massage with Kemiyah. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her. She will help release your fascia and relax your mind and muscles. This was definitely therapeutic. Thank you again!

The Serenity Space is my sanctuary. My safe space. Time for me to forget everything else and just focus on myself and trust those around me to provide a comforting, relaxing, environment. From the yoga practice itself to the meditation and sound baths that truly bring peace and comfort. I have taken yoga classes here and there over the years but The Serenity Space feels different. I love coming to class, or meditation. I love the way I feel after I leave. I love the instructors and how positive and encouraging they are. They make sure you are only doing what is right and comfortable for you in that moment, on that day. There is no judgement from anyone. You feel part of a community. You don't worry about how you look or what others think because your practice is only about you and everyone else who is here feels the same way. This place is my getaway and a time to exercise, stretch, rest, relax and renew while also connecting to my feelings. The owner, Jennifer, is so welcoming, helpful, and such a beautiful person. If you think you can't do yoga, you can. You can make each class your own. There are so many class options to fit what you need or want. If you need an escape, some wonderful people to be around, renewal....anything, you will find it here. I cannot say enough about how much I love this studio and how connected I feel to it and myself when I am in this peaceful space. Take a chance. This place is for everybody and every body! You will not be disappointed with what The Serenity Space has to offer! Namaste.

The Vibrational Sound mat was a Wonderful, Pleasant, Relaxing and Gentle experience. I absolutely loved the infrared experience. The warmth of mat got my circulation flowing and the vibrational music calmed my soul. I felt light and ready to take on my day. The Serenity Space is an AMAZING studio for a holistic 'spa' experience. Hope to see you there!!!

I just took the Solar Plexus Restore class at Y6, and wow, what an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome, & Johanna, the instructor, was absolutely magnificent. Her guidance & energy made the class feel both deeply restorative & zen. The ambiance at Y6 is so calming & inviting, & the location couldn’t be more convenient. Honestly, I’m so excited for my next class I’m literally kicking my feet on the way there! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful first yoga experience! Beautiful facility and super friendly and helpful staff. The yoga instructor was super clear in her instructions and wonderfully encouraging- much appreciated since I am a yoga novice. And those heavenly cooling eucalyptus towelettes were the bomb! Looking forward to my next session! Thanks YogaSix!!

I’ve taken a class with them. It was a great experience. I’m just not fond of heated or warm yoga. If I wasn’t so hairy! I was able to get through it, but I’ll have to shave my whole body to continue to take classes here. I’ll still sweat excessively regardless, but it may be better. I may try it out again in the future, but for now, I’ll continue to keep looking elsewhere. Maybe Pilates classes may be better suited for me since most of them are not heated or recreational yoga classes. I want to thank the young lady whom encouraged me to try out the class. She was very warm welcoming and gave great vibe along with the other young lady working behind the desk. The young instructor was also cordial, kind, and helpful. But I must admit the storytelling during the last 15 minutes or so of cool down and relaxation was sort of a distraction. I’d rather just listen to the meditation music. It’s just my opinion, that’s all! Thanks again!

I haven’t done Yoga in 20 years or more. I really Enjoy this class! It’s relaxing and Energizing. I love that I can stretch my muscles in a relaxing way. I feel my body becoming more limber and Strong, which is what I was striving for. Kristie, our yoga instructor has a soothing voice and gives us time to relax into each position. She is caring and kind and has a positive attitude. I really recommend Yoga Six! You will definitely be benefited!!!

Yoga Six Studio has been an extremely positive experience. I felt comfortable with the instructions and was never required to push more then I needed too. Modifications were a part of my practice and never questioned. The instructor introduced herself on my first day and I explained what I needed. She has provided a challenging experience with the modifications I needed.

One of my most favorite places to come and workout or relax. From either Hot cycling to finding balance🧘🏻♀️ on the Mat. It’s a place I come to getaway from the busy gyms. Working out at HOTWORX allows me to have a little bit of privacy during my workouts since I sometimes get lucky and get a whole sauna to myself. The place is kept cleaned never have issues with that. The staff is great!, Monica is always so friendly and welcoming every time I walk in. Matthew is awesome 👏🏼 always helping me with my workouts! He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you HOTWORX Elk Grove for making me feel at home❤️.

Love this place! It's unfortunate to read about any negative reviews because I have only had a positive experience here. The staff are really sweet and the manager is so professional and knowledgeable. A friend of mine who lives in Palm Beach recommended I look for a HOTWORX in my area. This location is the closest to my house. Even though it's a 20–25 minute drive it's worth it! I've done tons of workouts in my life and this is by far my favorite because of the combination of exercise and the infrared sauna. It's so unique and I really feel the benefits right away. I love that I push myself in the cardio workouts, more so than just cycling at home on my Peloton or in a cycling studio because of the heat. I have increased my flexibility and stamina from the yoga and Pilates workouts. There are so many different saunas to choose from that are each running different workout programs so there is lots of variety. The people that work there are also trainers so when I feel like doing weights they give me challenging routines. There are also videos running 24/7, so even if no one is around I just follow the routines suggested on the TVs. Highly recommend this business! It's only $89 per month for unlimited visits which is about $20 a week. I come 3 times a week so it's basically $7 dollars a visit. I need to bring my husband!

The equipment is great and facility is clean. The management and billing is an absolute nightmare. I canceled my membership March 13 of 2024 and was told since I'm within the 90 day I'll get charged for remaining 60 days which I was okay with. However it's November and I'm still getting charged every month. No response from management everytime I reach out. These guys will scam you out of your money if you decide to cancel. Would not recommend signing up, very unprofessional.

I am a doctor in the area, and I attend HOTWORX classes regularly. I appreciate the flexibility and variety of the classes offered and it allows me to be able to keep active but have time to see patients in my work day. I recommend the infrared sauna use to my patients regularly for reducing inflammation and increasing circulation in the body, and I have enjoyed seeing these benefits in myself. I recommend this gym for those who need more of a flexible workout schedule in their life!

I was searching initially for local hot yoga to work out some stiffness and mobility issues that come from weight lifting. None of the local hot yoga studios had time slots that would work for me, and only had prices i didn’t care for. I stumbled across HOTWORX via targeted Facebook ad and decided to check it out. At my initial appointment Monica was very helpful and recommended a few classes she thought might help. In the 4 months or that I have been heeding her advice I have experienced quite a bit of relief. Also as someone who doesn’t sweat easily I have found the cardio classes a game changer. When I happen to have free time, I check the app out for availability and book a few sessions. Head in, get that heart rate up and sweat like never before. Head home and sleep like a rock. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an addition to their existing fitness routine.
