I've been coming to classes at Easton Yoga for almost 10 years and it's by far my favorite studio. The environment and instructors are so welcoming and I always leave the studio feeling better than when I walked in. I particularly enjoy classes lead by Mary Ellen or Jo. Whether it's your first class or you are a seasoned pro, Easton Yoga has something for everyone!

I have been taking classes at Easton Yoga for a few months now and am really enjoying it. I love the location, the studio is so inviting and every instructor I have had has been extremely knowledgeable and I always get a great workout. I especially enjoy Alicia, Marguerite and Danny’s classes. They are fantastic !

A beautiful studio, kind and nurturing teachers, and a holistic approach to Yoga. Classes focus on movement, breathing, stability, and balance. My third year at Easton Yoga, I always leave the class feeling a little lighter, grounded, and a bit more focused. Give it a try! Make your soul happy!

This studio is wonderful. The instructors and members are warm, friendly and welcoming. Each instructor comes at practice a little differently which keeps things fresh, but all embrace the philosophy and mindset of yoga. I absolutely love going to class with this palpable sense of community. Thanks Easton Yoga!!

I have been going to Michelle for about a year and a half now for my massages. Her space is calming and inviting. She always takes her time to find the "problem areas" in my back. She has wonderful techniques and I always feel completely at ease when she is finished. She is also a beautiful soul inside and out.

I just took my first class with Michele and it was absolutely lovely. Her studio is a beautiful, bright, and cozy space, and the class was a perfect balance of engaging and relaxing. She gave me a tip to keep my head up and elbows in during my chaturangas that made a huge difference in my strength in that pose (honestly can’t believe I’ve been doing them with my head down for a decade). I’m used to Boston yoga prices so $10 for a drop-in class is more than reasonable. Thank you Michele for offering your gifts to the community!

TVO deserves a 6-star review!!!! Seriously, this studio and all the instructors are AMAZING. First and foremost, they genuinely care about their clientele. You feel the kindness and warmth the moment you enter the studio. Sue and the team have generated an atmosphere of inclusiveness with an incredible community of people, staff, and members alike. They offer a great variety of styles and levels of difficulty for everyone. I was highly reluctant to practice yoga for way too long. It’s one of the best things I have done for my overall well-being. So, whether you are new to yoga or looking for a new studio, I encourage you to take a few classes here.

After experiencing chronic pain for several months with no relief from other methods of pain management, I decided to give yoga a try. Being brand new to yoga, I didn’t know where to start so I did a google search and found The Valley Om. The first class I ever took was Yoga 0.0, which is a foundations class that is fantastic for anyone from beginners all the way through long time practicing yogis looking to get back to the basics. Over the course of the next several months I have continued to take the 0.0 class, but have added in other classes like restorative, yin, myo yin, and yoga to my practice. The instructors are all wonderful and knowledgeable. What I ended up finding was not only relief from the chronic pain that lead me to yoga to begin with, but a sense of community and togetherness within The Valley Om. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place to practice.

I can’t say enough good things about The Valley Om. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt welcomed. I stopped practicing yoga when I moved to New York, but the Valley Om has allowed me to rediscover it again. Sue and Erin are fantastic and have done a phenomenal job creating a true yogi community and a beautiful space to practice. All the instructors are inspirational and authentic, and I’d absolutely recommend taking a class. You won’t be disappointed!

I was a complete newbie to yoga about 6 months ago, and stumbled upon The Valley Om by luck and decided to check out an open house they were having. That ended up being one of the best decisions I've made, as I am truly loving every class I've taken here. The instructors are wonderful, the space is warm and inviting, and there are always new and interesting classes and series offered. I can't recommend The Valley Om enough!
