The Pilates Hub is a lovely safe space where you feel supported by the instructors and everyone else in the classes. The space is welcoming and comfortable. You can truly just come as you are which is so inviting when you are first starting Pilates!

There's a certain air of intimidation when you see the "reformer," it also doesn't help when you watch Youtube videos of people why tryout pilates for the first time. Full transparency, my husband has been practicing pilates, so he has convinced me to give it a try. However, I don't think the habit would've stuck if it weren't for Pilates Hub. The progression in the program and the classes itself allows you to really get into to the poses. It also helps that the teachers are super personable, and quite frankly, cool. :)

Despite being completely new to Pilates and concerned that the reformer would be intimidating, the instructors did an amazing job of making me feel at ease. The entire studio exudes positivity, from the upbeat instructors to the aesthetic decor, but it's the instructors who really make the workout sessions fantastic. Plus, Pilates has proven to be one of the most efficient workouts I've ever experienced. Love the Pilates Hub and highly recommend giving it a try!

This is the best studio. Everyone is welcome and it feels like such a safe and calming environment. All the instructors I've met so far are very supportive and kind. Don't think about it, just go! You won't regret it.

The Pilates Hub has the BEST classes! I just finished my first 5 sessions and I immediately bought the 12 class package :) I have never enjoyed working out, but I experience total bliss during these pilates classes and I'm always a little bummed when they are over! I already feel so much better physically and mentally, and pilates has become my favorite form of self care and the activity I look forward to most in my week. I can't thank Rachel and the other teachers enough for being so sweet and guiding me on this journey!

I can’t say enough great things about this Pilates studio! As someone who was completely new to Pilates, I was nervous about getting started, but all the welcoming and knowledgeable instructors made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. The studio provides a comfortable environment for beginners while still offering challenging workouts that promote real results. In just one month, I’ve already noticed significant changes in my posture and overall strength. The instructors take the time to correct alignment and offer personalized guidance, ensuring each movement is effective and safe. Beyond the physical benefits, the studio exudes a sense of calm and positivity, making it a joy to come back week after week. Everyone is so friendly from instructors to students! I have been coming to this for over six months and LOVE it. The classes are often the highlight of my weekdays. The instructors give clear directions and provide feedback and modifications while keeping a fun environment. The space is bright and airy. The work outs leave me feeling energized. I am much stronger than I was when I started. I HIGHLY recommend S&M Pilates!

I’ve wanted to try Pilates for a while, but never found a studio that mentioned body positivity. Thank goodness for this studio! My consultation with the owner put away any fears I had. The instructor I’m working with is knowledgeable, fun, and patient. I’m very thankful I found this studio!

Strength and Mobility is a wonderful studio! Small classes with attentive, knowledgeable, and kind instructors. I've learned so much in the months I've been taking classes. Tons of options throughout the week make for flexible scheduling. If you've been thinking of trying out S&M, take this as your sign!

I love S&M Pilates! I live in SeaTac and drive all the way to Hillman City because the classes here are really the best, and also really reasonable when you get the 10-class pass. They have classes everyday and keep adding more. Best of all, now that I've been going consistently for a bit, I've noticed it's just easier to have good posture - which is amazing, I've been a lifelong slouched! Recommend x 10!

I came to the Mt. Baker Vitality Pilates several years ago with unrelenting daily hip/leg/back pain and a little spondylosisthesis. I made a commitment at that time to attend classes twice per week for a year, because I knew it would take some time to build the strength I needed to overcome the old pain pattern. Vitality has a nice variety of class levels and great teachers. They are able to help adapt the workout to your specific needs (do mention them!) and at the end of that year I felt like Pilates was an integral part of keeping myself strong and capable. I do recommend starting with some private sessions if you are compromised so you can get very specific guidance.

Went in with pain in the back of my knee and thigh which I interpreted as hamstring overuse. My therapist is treating my entire leg with deep massage and manipulations, and it’s working! That and recommended home exercises have reduced the pain level dramatically. I’m very happy with the process and the knowledge of the therapist.

I'm so grateful for the ER physical therapy team (and Jessie, my therapist!). Communicating with Elizabeth to get me set up on my physical therapy journey was easy, quick, and helpful. The facility is inviting and clean. My therapist Jessie is knowledgeable, kind, and listens to my feedback and what I am needed for pain management, health of my joints, etc. I have learned a lot AND have seen/felt improvement with my frozen shoulder diagnosis. I'd highly recommend for PT!

The team here is amazing.. I am able to mix PT with pilates with my healing of back and knee surgery. This is a brilliant way to recover and fhis is the place to do it. Highly recommend them all.

I'm a newer social dancer (just been dancing for 2 years), and started getting the beginning twinges of knee pain from spinning. I was freaking out! This can't be the end of a new joyful activity for me. I knew it's better to start to address these issues sooner than later, so I saw Dr. Jessie Keaton since she also has previous dance experience! I highly recommend seeing her: she was really attentive and a good listener, and had a attention to detail when going through the range-of-motion and postural assessments to make a customized therapeutic exercise plan for me. My knee pain has greatly reduced since then. Thanks Dr. Keaton!! ^_^

I’m a 31 year old male who had both hips replaced last year due to a rare medical condition. I saw Jessie Keaton at the Mt Baker location for 3 months (starting ~6 weeks post op per my surgeon) and I could not have been happier with the care and service I received. Jessie was thoughtful and thorough, listened to and answered all of my questions, and reassured me when I was feeling anxious (frequently) about my progress. The studio is very clean with functional equipment. I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family.
