I had an amazing experience at The Workshop! The hot mat Pilates class flew by - it was upbeat, challenging, and kept me engaged the entire time. The studio’s amenities are top-notch! Everything is so aesthetically appealing, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great workout!

I love the workshop! I was burnt out of the gym and decided to join a Pilates studio. I tried a few other studios before and signed up for an unlimited auto-renewal membership immediately following my first class at the Workshop. I drive 25 min to get here and I’ll never stop because I’ve seen AMAZING muscle growth since coming here, and my lower back and knee pain is completely gone. All of the instructors are sweet, helpful, welcoming, and play awesome music! It’s such a clean studio with a motivating vibe to it. The heated classes are intense, but so fun and you will leave feeling like a brand new person with so much energy. I love the variety of classes the Workshop offers and coming here is the highlight of my day!!

I had only done Pilates a handful of times and never felt like it was something that gave me a really good burn, but after doing the heated classes here I fell in love! The staff is so friendly and uplifting and that can be hard to come by in such a wealthy area. Truly gorgeous inside and out and I love the vibe of the classes it feels like you’re at a fun night club not a workout. But I promise it will kick your but so don’t think it’s going to be easy peasy! I bought a full membership after trying their classes and have been going for a little over a month and loved how many community outreach events they do! They host lots of walks, happy hours, and book clubs! The only thing i wish they had was a non heated mat class but that doesn’t affect me giving them five stars! Go here for your next workout and you won’t regret it.

I've been attending reformer and hot mat classes here since it opened in May. All the instructors are amazing, but Megan Kelly is my favorite. The facility is very clean and modern. Love being a member here and having it be so convenient to my home.

The Workshop is a great studio but be prepared to be filmed during your workout. They claim to have a filling policy yet I have seen a few girls record the entirety of the class and sit up front so the whole class can be seen in the background. Keep in mind it’s a heated class and most of the women who attend are wearing shorts and a sports bra. I’m sure 99% of women don’t want to be filmed like that by a stranger, nonetheless when you are paying for a $25 class.

The fee structure is awful and after everything is said and done it’s a ripoff. Reasons: 1. You can’t rely on who you get and if it happens to be a really rude instructor (Megan), you get charged for a fee for canceling even though you think this person is ineffective and just awful to be around 2. They said they would reverse fees if you just email them but now they have a rule saying it’s only once a year… bait and switch? Yep because guess what? I’m a mother with high levels of inflammation that can’t get out of bed sometimes and I don’t know when it’s going to happen, also why give me a fee if I’m responsible enough to cancel from the night before? Sometimes by kids wake me up at odd hours because they’re sick, and also it’s just stupid Pilates. I’m a doctor and I’ve never charged anyone a no show fee, been running my business for 10 years…not once. 3. Bathrooms are never clean. Like ever clean. Upgraded yes, never clean.

I've recently reached a major milestone with Reformed Pilates, hitting my 250th class! This journey has been nothing short of transformative. As someone who never really enjoyed workouts, I was hesitant to try pilates. But after my first class, I was hooked. Reformed Pilates has not only helped me sculpt my body but has also given me a newfound love for exercise. The instructors are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, making each class enjoyable and challenging. The class is also adaptable to various fitness levels, ensuring that everyone can participate and benefit. One of the things I appreciate most about this class is the emphasis on mind-body connection. It's a great way to unwind and focus on my well-being, especially given my busy lifestyle. If you're looking for a workout that's both effective and enjoyable, I highly recommend giving RP a try. A special thanks to Alexis, Emma, Sierra, and Megan for their amazing instruction and guidance! My best advice for anyone considering pilates is to stick with it, listen to your body, and take things slow. You might be surprised where this journey takes you. Before you know it, you could be celebrating your 250th class!

I recently attended Reformed for 2 months and while I enjoyed the workouts, I was disappointed by the lack of variety in the classes. Over the course of 26 classes, the workouts stayed pretty much the same and only four times did we use alternate equipment despite there being a wall full of equipment at the studio. Additionally, I found that the instructors didn't create a very warm or welcoming environment. While they were not rude, they didn't address me by name like they did with other clients, which made me feel a bit unappreciated as a customer. Despite these issues, I did notice results and an increase in strength over the course of two months. The studio is clean and the app is easy to navigate. However, I have decided to begin a membership at a new Pilates studio to find the community I am looking for. While I appreciated the workouts and results, I value a welcoming atmosphere in a fitness studio and hope to find that at the next one.

Paid $35 and reserved through the app just to show up literally 36 seconds late for class just to be turned away by Gina Harris even though there were 5 open seats in the class and she was still getting everyone situated on their platforms. I tried to explain to her that there had been an accident blocking entry and she said it was policy to turn a paying client away even though I was less than 1 minute late for class. She was rude, abrasive and dismissive. I will never be returning to reformed and was considering a monthly membership before this experience. Nice job Gina! You lost your branch a client for life over less than 60 seconds because you are petty and have no idea how customer service should be rendered. I never post bad reviews but this was so ridiculous and offensive that I couldn’t not say something. Do not go to this studio.

I love Club Pilates Arcadia. I always get a great workout and leave feeling rejuvenated. The facility has a pleasant atmosphere and is spotless. I love the staff. They're friendly and knowledgeable. Lately, I've been taking classes from Chandler and really enjoy them. I highly recommend Club Pilates. Don't be intimidated by the scary looking machines. They're benign!

** NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE I called and cancelled my trial membership last year because it was too expensive for what they were offering and didn't have enough classes to justify the amount. I also had to start caring for my mother financially, told the owner, he understood and said he would put it on hold for a few months in case I wanted to come back. I assured him I would not. They have been trying to pull money out of my mother's debit account ever since without my permission. Horrible.

I recently joined but I have to say compared to several other Pilate places I went to and asked for prices , club Pilates was far more informative, kinder, and their building was all around more welcoming. I am so excited to start!

Before starting my subscription for the summer I asked if I could only sign up for a few months due to the fact I was going back to school. I was assured that as long as I canceled before my next payment was due I would not be charged. I got charged for a month of classes I can not use because I canceled "25 days instead of 30" ahead of time. I wasn't made aware or told I would be charged again even though I confirmed MULTIPLE TIMES I wouldn't be charged for the month of August. I am a college student and am now out $90 dollars. Their cancelation policy is ridiculous. Terrible communication. When I explained my situation they were unsympathetic and offered no help.

Love this spot! It's in a great, beautiful light-filled location with space for equipment and a barre studio located in the back. The instructors are top notch, and they're always rotating so you can get some variety in terms of instruction. They have morning, afternoon and evening classes to fit a variety of schedules. I personally love the equipment/reformer classes here! And I've been to many different studios all over the Valley!

Had a one on one private pilates session with Kelly, the owner. Wow! I have done some pilates in the past but this was much better. Speaking as a chiropractor I can say that Kelly really knows anatomy and biomechanics well. I have some old hip issues that she was able to work around, and help me develop better range of motion with, something no one has ever been able to do. The space is really special too. Such a nice feel to the place you really feel at home. I love this place, and Kelly is fantastic. Highly recommended!

I’ve taken several classes at the studio and each instructor has kicked my butt, especially Nikki. I appreciate that the instructors correct my form when needed. All of them have been very motivating and good with cues. You can tell the owner Gretchen really takes pride in her studio and cares about her clients as well as her instructors. I would highly recommend given the studio a try.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve tried so many different workouts, but nothing has stuck like Reformed Pilates. I really look forward to the classes and always have a good time. It doesn’t feel super intense, but I always leave feeling great and sore. The instructors are awesome, and they offer options for every skill level. I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken—highly recommend to anyone!

Recently got back into Reformed Pilates after a good six years off. The instructors are so awesome, kind, and will always come by to make sure your form is perfect, so you don't hurt yourself. It's like getting back on a bike for the first time in a long time. The classes go by fast without you even knowing, as well. I can't recommend them more; I can't wait to get a membership soon so I can really get back into what I missed doing. Thanks again, everyone. See ya real soon.

Beautiful studio with very skilled instructors but not very beginner friendly. I enjoyed the classes but were very challenging and more geared towards intermediate to advanced crowd. I would love it if each class was rated with a difficulty level to help decide on which classes are best for each individual. I moved to a different club with more options to gradually develop my skills but can see myself coming back in the future when I’m more ready for a challenge.

My Ortho Dr suggested Pilates as I’ve recently developed some pretty severe back arthritis. They suggested my core was also weak after a hysterectomy last year. I’ve always lifted weight and worked out and thought I was strong. Whelp…the first 5 minutes of my first class I realized my core is weak! Ha! I’ve attending 12 classes now and loved each one. The instructors are amazing and all bring a different skill set to each class. I’m so thankful I found reformed Pilates and am recommending it to all my friends. It’s an incredible workout and my body is feeling better than ever.
