Dare I say I’ve found my pilates studio? Convenient hours, several class times, aesthetically pleasing, super friendly staff and wait there is more. They have an infrared sauna and they have a contrast therapy room including an infrared Himalayan salt sauna with a cold plunge. It’s been hard to find a studio in Houston I absolutely love, but I finally found it. My husband loved it too

This place is so fun! Came here for the first time to check it out and was absolutely obsessed. I came for a second time with my book club and Julia(my instructor & one of the owners) was so sweet and welcoming 💞 they do also have a cold plunge and hot sauna!

I had a fantastic experience at Plank to Pike Pilates! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making the class enjoyable and accessible for all fitness levels. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the workout was both challenging and fun. Highly recommend!

I joined Club Pilates at the beginning of August, and have been going once a week every single week since then. I have loved the class setting, where I am actually motivated to attend and work out, which is something I struggled with when I did at-home workouts only. Every instructor I’ve had has been so amazing. They are each kind, attentive, and helpful. If I have been confused about a particular exercise, they are quick to come to my side to assist me with learning. Therese is always there with a smile on her face, ready to help out and offer a compliment! I am so glad I decided to try it out, it’s been so great for me, and I plan to go to the next level of membership as soon as I can!

I’ve always wanted to try Pilates, and in April 2024, I finally took the plunge—and I’ve been hooked ever since. Mara at Club Pilates Atascocita is incredible. She constantly emphasizes the mind-body connection during our sessions, educates us on different movements and the muscles they target, and keeps us on our toes with new and challenging exercises. Her passion for what she does is contagious, making it easy to love the workouts. Because of her, I’ve increased my membership from 4 to 8 classes a month, and I’m considering going unlimited. Thank you, Mara, for pushing us to be our best!

This place has changed my life! The staff is phenomenal. I have been trying to get into shape for years and was never interested in going to the gym and trying to figure out the machines on my own. I’ve lost 40 pounds since staring in February, and have more energy now then in the past 5 years. The instructors will push you to do and be better every workout. Terri will never give you the same workout and she will have your muscles burning. Teresa’s center and balance class will have you super relaxed and her Cardio will definitely have your heart rate up. I’ve never been excited about working out and Club Pilates has now become the best part of my day.

I’m new to Solidcore and recently attended a starter class with Denise. From the moment the class began, I was blown away by her instruction and guidance. She has an incredible teaching style that made me feel confident and supported as a beginner. Denise’s energy and encouragement inspired me to not only transition to the signature class but also motivated me to purchase an additional membership on top of my allocated classes through my United One Pass Select program. Thanks to Denise, I’ve truly fallen in love with Solidcore and the incredible challenge it offers. She creates such a welcoming and empowering environment, and I can’t imagine my journey without her coaching. I would love to see Denise have a permanent instructor slot—she’s an absolute gem and a huge reason for my enthusiasm about Solidcore!

I recently attended my first Solidcore class thorough Classpass and was thoroughly impressed. Kimia was exceptionally kind and attentive. She provided clear instructions and actively moved around the room, offering support and modifications to ensure everyone maintained proper form. As a newcomer to the machine, I was initially hesitant if this class is for me, but Kimia's encouragement and guidance made the experience enjoyable and rewarding.

This location is CLEAN, Definitely better than the RICE location. I’m really enjoying solid core and their music along with the coaches but I’m starting to notice ALL their classes are the same every single day. About 30 mins of the same core and oblique work DAILY with about 15-20mins of other muscle work (Biceps/shoulders/back/etc). I understand that the name is ‘solidcore’ for a reason but the reason I’m giving this place a chance is in order to diversify my workout routine, which after attending 5 straight classes, I’m realizing it’s really NOT! Not complaining as I’m starting to see it pay off, I would just love this place more if they focused on more other muscles groups than just CORE.

Love this! I took my first class at this location from Kiara, and she was fantastic. I throughly enjoy taking a variety of fitness classes and felt that her instruction and encouragement were clear, concise, and timely! It felt like she was always in tune with us and extended plenty of modifications to ensure that we could keep moving! Yay for Post Oak :)

I am obsessed with The Core Lab. I’ve done some Pilates reformer classes at other Pilates studios, however — TCL is exactly what they say on their website… “This isn’t your traditional Pilates. This is Pilates. Elevated.” Elevated is RIGHT (or maybe the word ‘torture’ should be included in this). The best workout mixing Pilates and Strength. I get humbled almost every class, which is exactly why I want to keep coming back every week. Such great instructors, such a great atmosphere! 10/10

Wow this studio is so much fun and challenging! I am visiting from out of town and signed up for a 3 class pack. I’ve been doing Pilates with a Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformer at my home studio for a few years and also go to a Lagree studio, but The Core Lab is a perfect hybrid of the two. I’ve never used the XFormer before, but the quality is excellent and better than the Lagree megaformer in my opinion. It’s a smoother ride and the upholstery is higher quality. The moves are similar with Pilates and Lagree. They use the same names for lots of different moves. Now I’m googling finding an XFormer studio in my city! I’m definitely coming back here when I visit my family here in Cypress.

I’ve been attending Pilates sessions at Core Pilates for almost 2 months, and it's been an amazing experience! The coaches I’ve taken classes with are fantastic. Kim is wonderful. Her voice is like velvet, and she has this super calm, didactic way of teaching that makes every session so soothing and easy to follow. I always leave her class feeling relaxed and accomplished. Denise is the one who will really push you to your limits. She doesn’t let you take it easy, and you definitely feel the burn in the best way possible. If you want a serious workout, she is your go-to. And Perla, she is awesome for challenging workouts that don’t feel overwhelming. Her classes are tough, but she never puts unnecessary pressure on you. It's all about pushing yourself at your own pace, and it's super rewarding. I have been fortunate enough to have 1-on-1 sessions with all of them at the beginning of my Pilates journey, and this helped me a lot. Overall, my experience at Core Pilates has been fantastic. Highly recommended!

Honestly, this place is not worth the money. For workout studios, the most important aspect is the skilled and trained instructors. The instructors here HEAVILY lack that. Yes they may be strong and their forms are great but they still need to know how to TEACH. They also do not do a consultation or do a solid run down of how the machine works for newcomers thus leading to risk of injuries. They also do not tell you that grip socks are required until an hour or so before class - which does not leave you with enough time to order or buy. Instead, they’ll charge you almost $20 for a pair of mediocre quality socks. I almost slipped and fell because the size of socks they sold were too big. Other studios I’ve tried have always given free equipment/clothing rentals for trial customers. It’s a shame that was not done here. The prices are also outrageous for what you are getting. There are plenty of studios in this area that are much cheaper or offer much, MUCH more. This was a disappointing experience. I strongly encourage this place to invest in their instructor training and implement a solid newcomer process.

Not to mention the location is great, and makes for a perfect self care moment with restaurants / coffee nearby. 4 stars bc booking is not ideal. Classes fill up fast & have to book weeks in advance to secure your spot.

The instructors—Christine, Heather, and Sonia—are absolutely amazing. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and make every class both enjoyable and challenging. I attended an introductory class at Club Pilates in Towne Lake as a first step toward achieving my fitness goals. As someone with a naturally small frame but facing changes after two kids, clothes no longer fit the way I’d like. I signed up for a Friday morning class at 9 a.m., braving the 30-degree weather. The location is on the second floor, so you get a little warm-up workout just climbing the stairs, and there’s a beautiful view of the water that makes the effort worthwhile. The staff was welcoming, and check-in was smooth. After being directed to my station, the class began with a quick introduction before jumping right into the workout. As the exercises progressed, my balance and my 44-year-old knees were challenged, and I quickly understood why they had me sign that waiver. From planks to full-body movements, I felt muscles I hadn’t engaged in years. Despite the challenge, I kept going because I’m not a quitter. The stretching exercises toward the end were especially eye-opening as I discovered flexibility I didn’t realize I still had. By the time the young man at the front desk explained the pricing, I was the second person in line to sign up. Club Pilates delivered a challenging, full-body workout that tested my limits while keeping me engaged. The location and atmosphere make it an excellent option, even for someone new to fitness like me.

My husband and I are newbies to Pilates and needed a good bit of hand holding. Heather took time to explain things in detail first on the phone, then in an introductory class. The environment is welcoming and the staff is helpful. After seeing what it was all about first hand we can’t wait to begin our Pilates journey with Club Pilates in Towne Lake.

Club Pilates has been an awesome addition to my workout routine! I stay pretty consistent with other types of workouts, but I make it a point to do this class (Kristin’s Reformer Flow) once a week. It’s always challenging, rewarding, and I leave feeling stronger every time.
