I’ve never looked forward to a workout before finding Club Pilates. The classes are fun and challenging. All of the instructors are great. I’ve probably taken the most classes with Madison and Amy. I highly recommend!

Phoebe is an amazing Instructor. I take her class whenever I can. She is so knowledgeable about Pilates and the stretches that target our tight muscles. I always feel so great after taking her class.

Going on 100 classes at Club Pilates Durham! Pilates is the first workout I’ve ever been able to stick to, and I have this studio to thank for that. I’ve enjoyed a lot of the instructors I’ve worked with but Phoebe’s classes are always the first ones I register for every month. Phoebe has the sweetest spirit, gives clear, helpful instructions during the workouts, and is incredibly patient with new and veteran clients alike. I feel like I learn a new way to improve my practice every time I take one of her classes.

Club Pilates Durham is excellent- from the clean space and available staff when I have questions to the excellent teachers. Christian’s center and balance class was both zen and invigorating. Her instructions and class flow were easy to follow and understand. She is excellent at eyes on each participant, giving feedback and assistance as needed. She creates an atmosphere of learning while leading- that’s excellent teaching!

Intake staffing very professional and courageous. Instructors are great (Amy). Nice class size, and class area and equipment is always clean. Upset that as of January 2025, they will no longer accept United Healthcare recipients.

This is the number one thing I have missed since moving out of the Durham area! It is a small studio with only 5 reformers, and Sarah and team have created an intimate and fun environment to work out in. I loved the Pilatecize and PE classes, but you can't wrong with Shape or Mat either. The other people who attend class are all extremely nice and fun to chat with. Sarah and Adeline took the time to learn my name and I felt both respected me as an individual when I came into class. They were genuinely invested in my well being and the well being of everyone in the class! I never took a class with Stella, but have heard great things about her as well. Can't recommend Base highly enough, this is a great team and studio, I only wish there were more reformers to spread the joy with more people!! I absolutely cannot wait to come back and visit them soon and take some more classes.

Sarah, Stella and Adeline are Pilates gods. I hated working out until I started taking their classes many years ago. They each have their own distinct teaching style and provide a wonderful range of classes. Their positive and welcoming energy will make any student feel comfortable, and they genuinely care about people’s well-being. Plus, they have great taste in music and carry some really fun gear if you (like me) are into that. Best place to work out in the Triangle.

I love everything about Base. I was looking for high quality instruction, a warm and community-oriented vibe, and a place that was taking Covid safety precautions. I found everything and more at Base taking classes with Sarah, Adeline and Stella when I first started over the summer. They are amazing, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming of all humans. I feel seen, taken care of, and challenged in class. The new studio is gorgeous and I love taking class in there with their great music selections! Base feels like home. I also feel better in my body than I have in years because of their instruction.

I am so glad I found Base Moves! My friend introduced me to the space last summer. Stella, Adeline, and Sarah are all wonderful humans and instructors. Each one adds their own elements to their class making it challenging yet fun. I work as a nurse so the online classes are a great way to supplement when I am not able to make it to an in person class. Glad I found this beautiful space!

I've been going to Base Pilates and Movement for years now and I absolutely love it. They offer a wide range of options, from personal training, to group classes, to online classes, so it's easy to find just what you need. Adeline, Sarah, and Stella are experts at what they do, and they've created an encouraging, supportive environment that makes it easy to stay motivated. Depending on my schedule I can switch between in-person classes or their BaseTV content, but whatever I do I know they'll have put their heart and soul into what they've created, and added some great music to boot. The personal touches and great care they bring to every class they offer sets them apart from anything else I've tried. I really think everyone can find what they need here at Base.

My Wife "B" started taking Pilates in February 2024. I would watch her leave for class and return telling me how great the class was. She tried to get me to go for months and about 3 months ago I agreed to take one class just to see what it was about. We now attend a class together every week ( I've been attending now for 3 months now). We both Love Sabrina and how she performs the class. I have sciatic nerve problems and Pilates has made me feel so much better. Thanks "Sabrina". Wil and "B".

I had the opportunity to attend a 6am class with the owner Sabrina. The class was awesome. I truly enjoyed every aspect of the workout as well as the welcoming atmosphere. This was my first class and she made me feel comfortable and corrected my positioning without making me feel like a total jackass because I did not know what I was doing. I highly recommend Prevailing Pilates. I am looking forward to attending more classes soon!

I look forward to coming to the classes each time! Sabrina and all of the instructors are knowledgeable and make trying Pilates less intimidating. The studio is also very clean and the music is fun, it keeps me engaged in class even when I come in early in the morning!

This studio is beautiful! Sabrina is wonderful especially with it being my first time. She ensured my feet were placed correctly and I was on the reformer properly. She explained each move and reminded us to breathe (so important and easy to forget to do)! I was on the waitlist and was able to get in. If you ate really wanting to take a class, go ahead and get on the waitlist and have your schedule ready! Can’t wait to come back again (I was coming home this weekend however I drove from Charlotte to visit).

Awesome Pilates studio with top notch instructors. They have all types of classes and levels... reformer, mat, therapy. My favorite class is Cadillac with Megan... she gives great instruction and feedback. My skills have progressed well! Highest endorsement!

My husband and I started Pilates at Inside Out Body Therapies a little over a year ago and we love it! Our instructor is amazing and we love all the staff as they are very supportive of our health and fitness goals. We feel stronger and more fit and plan to continue our equipment Pilates and hope to add a mat class or two to our weekly schedule. A heartfelt thank you to Kim, Meredith and the rest of the IOBT staff!

I've been going to Mischa weekly for SEVEN years now, and 100% give her credit for keeping me upright and walking after 10 years with ALS. Even though we laugh a ton during the session, she is laser-focused on my form, cueing where I should concentrate, and finding creative ways to stretch or strengthen whatever muscle I need to work on. Grateful doesn't even begin to describe my whole family's feelings about her brilliance (my mom calls her my angel!). But everyone I've worked with at IOBT is so impressive, smart, kind and just GREAT. You'll never regret the commitment you make to yourself & your body at InsideOut!

Classes at IOBT nurture your growth, strength, connection and mastery. The new studio expansion is filled with light and with a spacious feeling that allows you to leave class feeling rejuvenated and strong rather than depleted. There are offerings for all levels in mat, Cadillac, chair, reformer, strength training, Rolfing, structural integration and so much more. Each instructor is incredibly knowledgeable and will get to know you personally. Classes are designed to meet you at any level and teach you to understand how to maximize the benefit of your movement. All teachers are committed to helping you achieve any goals you may have. I have tried every studio known to me and I can honestly say that IOBT is unrivaled in the industry. I cannot give this studio higher commendation. I am so thankful to be part of this dynamic and healing community.

All of the instructors at Inside Out Body Therapies and friendly, encouraging and competent. The group classes are small enough that you get individual attention. Modifications are offered if you have physical limitations or are at a different proficiency level than others in the class. ANd there are lot of classes at lots of different times of the day
