The instructor, Sara, was professional and very informative. I appreciated her ques and the challenging class. She was super supportive and encouraging throughout the class. I would definitely take her class again and recommend her as an instructor!

Studio 6 Lakewood is my NEW WORKOUT HOME!! I absolutely love the challenging workouts that are different each time I go. If you are trying to get back into fitness after an injury or a very common Dallas car crash occurrence, I highly recommend Studio 6 for Lagree Method Pilates classes. My core is stronger than it has been in actual years and as I get closer to the big 5-0 I appreciate the ability to build muscle and flexibility AT THE SAME TIME. If Studio 6 ever breaks up with me, I will cry and cry...

Love this studio!!! Took my very first Pilates class ever here last week and have already been back 4 times. I was nervous walking but Holly eased my anxiety immediately. She spent time going over everything with me in great detail and kept a close eye on me in class. What I love is the classes are small and the instructors are so helpful and friendly. They explain things well and correct your form as needed. I’ve also met some great people in class thus far. There’s a real sense of community here.

Love Studio 6. I've been a regular since 2018 and even after almost 5 years it's still tough! Started coming to break up cycling workouts with something low impact and now it's my primary workout. I've taken classes at each studio and instructors make it a welcoming environment for all, giving options to tone down or dial up so everyone gets their best workout.

Great instructors, but whoever they have staffed at the front desk does not answer the phone and is completely relentless and unhelpful. I drove 50 minutes to attend a class here, 20 minutes of which was spent in bumper to bumper traffic on 75 that I could not have foreseen. I sprinted to the studio after parking and arrived at 4:06 for a 4pm class, 1 minute after the door to the studio auto locks, and although they had someone staffed at the front desk that day, which is not always the case, she was completely unsympathetic to my situation and refused to make a one-time exception even though I was clearly out of breath trying to rush to the studio as soon as I possibly could. When I asked if I could at least be rebooked into the next class (which still had empty spots) or if she could mark me as attending the class so I don’t get charged an additional cancellation fee, she also refused to help. I respect that Solidcore has a late policy, but I have never encountered a studio (other Solidcore studios included) that is this rigid and unreasonable to longstanding clients. I am glad that there is a new Solidcore studio in Addison, as I won’t be returning to this location.

Instead of spending hours in the gym, 50 minutes truly is all you need for an effective, total body workout. Been going here for more than 2 years after getting hooked from a third-party fitness class app. Even as a collegiate athlete, I never had defined arms or abs. [solidcore] classes changed that, and I find myself wearing stomach- and arm-baring clothes now, I feel so confident. Coaches are supportive, encouraging and are focused on safety. They get to know your name, so it's a welcoming environment. It's expensive, but they have quarterly challenges, pop-ups and great swag, so you get what you're paying for. Door entry can be confusing if you booked via third party -- download the [solidcore] app (third-party booking should still appear if you use the same email on both accounts) so you can find the code/easily enter. And yes, they will lock you out if you're more than 5 minutes late and the fee is hefty. Traffic sucks/things happen, but I appreciate that 1. Late people don't interrupt class and 2. It's also a safety thing -- if you're not on time to do the warmup, you're more likely to get injured. Depending on the membership level, it includes one free "late" pass for such situations. You will sweat -- bring a towel, water and sticky socks ... and tenacity, as this is a challenging workout. No showers, but they do stock products in the bathrooms to freshen up. While they offer beginner classes, this is best suited for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. If you have questions, I highly recommend texting the studio, as they tend to be the most responsive that way.

Absolute worst service. This was my first class. I arrived 15 minutes early and was having issues with the door. The lady at the front desk just sat there and stared at me through the glass. This caused me to miss my class and be charged a fee. What a shame. I was in disbelief as I stood outside the door looking stupid. just wasted money and credits.

I tried [Solidcore]for the first time today. London greeted me with a warm smile and the instructor Erica, was fantastic. She was motivating and took the time during class to make sure my equipment was properly adjusted. I had a great workout and will definitely be back! Great job! 5/5 stars!

I’ve been doing classes at SHINE for over a year and still can’t get enough of it! I’m an early bird (6am classes) and can’t praise Tatum & Adam enough. They are my favorite instructors (but all the other instructors are amazing too!!!). The room is hot and I love that sweat is pouring off of me while I’m doing the sculpt work. And I love that some of the classes have a bit of an old school “step” feel to them. My husband says my butt’s never looked better. 🤣

Alright ladies! I want to first compliment the studio for always being clean, on time and extremely friendly. I have taken 2 classes and have decided that I am going to be coming here for my heated mat pilates. After doing reformer pilates at two seperate places, I can assure you mat pilates is the way to go. I am a lifter and runner, so I love the adrenaline and sweat you get from this workout class. The instructors are easy to follow and I love the feeling I get after a class. It is intense but worth it because you will leave feeling accomplished. If you can’t afford an unlimited class they do have class packs. Even if you can come to just one or two classes a week, you will feel the difference. This has been my intense;low impact workout for the week. I have done classes with Diana and Kelly and these ladies are phenomenal. They are encouraging and super sweet. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged to keep coming.

I came here on a whim when one of the instructors offered a free class and now I’ve done about 60 classes and won’t be stopping! I was a soccer and CrossFit type athlete and thought Pilates was gonna be boring and stretchy like yoga, but MAN WAS I WRONG! It’s such a fun butt-kicking that I look forward to every day. Katie, Adam, Kelley, Whitney…all of them are incredible. Thanks Shine! 😍

LOVE Shine! Easily the most fun and difficult work out in Dallas. Whitney and Rachel are the best and they always keep the formats fresh. The music is on point and coordinates perfectly with the movements. I’m not that coordinated with the choreography but it’s still fun and all about keeping your body moving! They offer towels for you in the class and small amenities in the bathrooms. Absolutely love their custom candles too! It’s the highlight of my day! Highly recommend.

Rosebud is one of my favorite instructors thus far. I've been with Club Pilates for 3 weeks. Loved her voice and calm presence.

Edit: Jackie called me, and we discussed my experience at Club Pilates. She encouraged me to take classes with other instructors and appreciated the feedback on instruction. Her calling was a good conversation. Hopefully, your experience is better than me if you try Club Pilates. I gave this place an honest 3-month trial (contract requirement). I really liked the 30-min intro class and a couple classes with Jennifer and Jackie. However, some of the instruction is hurried and rushed. Snarky comments about you’re doing the movements wrong if the cord/cable is in your face from Wendy. I feel like you need to look like the instructors to fit in and get attention and adjustments. Little modeling with wordy directions. I wish there were more visuals of these movements instead of solely relying on the instructor’s words. I didn’t leave the classes feeling good about myself. Felt more frustrated and trying to push through. However, the facility is clean, modern and nice. Paid for 4 classes monthly for $130 for four months. Disappointed because I wanted to enjoy Pilates as a lot of the wellness girlies and women out there.

Took my first Pilates class at club Pilates! I was super nervous because it can seem intimidating. Luckily I had Aaliyah (and some awesome girls) in the class and now I can’t wait to come back. The front desk ladies were great too, super helpful, and I will be coming back.

Lake Highlands Club Pilates is great. Clean studio. Very friendly staff. Each class is just a bit different, which I really enjoy. Not the same thing over and over. Good for the mind and the body. So many favorite instructors.

I had an amazing level 2.0 class with Danielle today (1/31/25). The pace of the class was great. We did several TOUGH exercises I had never done before. I have been coming to the Lake Highlands Club Pilates for years so I am always thrilled when an instructor pulls out a move I have never seen before. Danielle is one of the best teachers they have - definitely try out one of her classes.
