I've been going to Full Force Fitness now for a little over 1 year. I've done Bootcamp and Small Group Weight training. The workouts are great and constantly changing. Do yourself a favor and come check out a class.

Absolutely the best. Shania excels at motivating her members, making workouts fun, and ensuring you get the most out of your work out. She meets you where you are and is always encouraging. She has created a wonderful community where everyone feels welcomed, and comfortable while focused on getting stronger. I highly recommend Full Force Fitness and wish she open a second location on the west side of Vancouver too.

I can’t recommend Full Force Fitness enough for anyone looking to get into strength training! The workouts are thoughtfully planned to focus on the foundational movements, which is so helpful when you're just starting out. Shania is amazing—always there to guide you and make sure you’re lifting with good technique. Plus, the community is so empowering. If you’re new to strength training and want a place where you can feel supported and build confidence, this is the perfect place to start.

I've never been able to sustain a workout routine before but i've been going to this gym for two years! Shania keeps the workouts fun, and is incredibly supportive of everyone who goes there. I appreciate that I am encouraged to do my best without feeling pressured. Having been in gyms where I didn't always feel supported or safe, I can say that being in a locally-owned and woman-owned gym is awesome. highly recommend!

The energy in this place is infectious and the music is perfection! Shania is phenomenal—knowledgeable and compassionate, she understands health from a holistic perspective.It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about building a healthier lifestyle and mindset. Decided to come here in March 2022 based on stellar reviews and both Kisar and Traci certainly did not disappoint! They carefully listened to my goals with the utmost respect and were acquainted with me beyond working out. Their tailored workouts were and still challenging every session. Kisar and Traci always kept me accountable and provided me with the motivation I needed to succeed. My body was deconditioned due to a lack of working out for several years throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, but after working out with them for nearly half a year I am now back at my prime or better. The gym is clean and will be even cleaner once they move into their new location which I very much look forward to going to. I will continue to work out there for as long as I can so that I can push beyond my limits. Highly recommend Burntown Fitness to anyone who strives for positive change in health as Kisar and Traci will make that happen!

I have trained with Kisar & Traci since August of 2022. I have never been the person to really enjoy physically challenging myself until I started training here at Burntown. The trainers are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and happy to discuss goals and answer questions. After coming to the personal training studio, I am now hooked! I love the challenge and I can see the results (what more can you ask for?)! I usually train 3 times a week and often I am practicing what I have learned at home. If you are struggling to get yourself where you want/need to be physically, Burntown Fitness is the place for you. Come and check them out!

Working with Traci at Burntown has been a fun and challenging workout experience. I’ve seen amazing results in the last 6 months of consistent training. I needed accountability, to build muscle and strength, and get a renewed motivation to focus on my health. Down 21 lbs working on both exercise and healthy eating bringing results I can keep long term. I highly recommend this team!

Started training at Burntown in August 2023 and have been going twice a week ever since - Kisar and Traci are knowledgeable, driven, flexible, and most importantly, are people you'd actually want to spend time with, even outside of a gym setting. After a few months of training, I wasn't seeing the results I had originally envisioned, so Kisar reconfigured my workout plans and helped influence my diet - I've since lost over 20 pounds, built muscle where none existed before, and have never physically felt better or more confident in my life. I've had many trainers all over the country before coming to Burntown, and I can honestly say they are the best around - do yourself a favor and take the first step with them!

The personal trainers are really invested in your success and functional fitness, and they really know their stuff. The studio is also exceptionally clean, and since it’s a personal training studio there’s never an abundance of people there and in your way. As someone whose a bit of a germaphobe, it’s a spectacular place to work out.
