I've been going to Full Force Fitness now for a little over 1 year. I've done Bootcamp and Small Group Weight training. The workouts are great and constantly changing. Do yourself a favor and come check out a class.

Absolutely the best. Shania excels at motivating her members, making workouts fun, and ensuring you get the most out of your work out. She meets you where you are and is always encouraging. She has created a wonderful community where everyone feels welcomed, and comfortable while focused on getting stronger. I highly recommend Full Force Fitness and wish she open a second location on the west side of Vancouver too.

I can’t recommend Full Force Fitness enough for anyone looking to get into strength training! The workouts are thoughtfully planned to focus on the foundational movements, which is so helpful when you're just starting out. Shania is amazing—always there to guide you and make sure you’re lifting with good technique. Plus, the community is so empowering. If you’re new to strength training and want a place where you can feel supported and build confidence, this is the perfect place to start.

I've never been able to sustain a workout routine before but i've been going to this gym for two years! Shania keeps the workouts fun, and is incredibly supportive of everyone who goes there. I appreciate that I am encouraged to do my best without feeling pressured. Having been in gyms where I didn't always feel supported or safe, I can say that being in a locally-owned and woman-owned gym is awesome. highly recommend!

The energy in this place is infectious and the music is perfection! Shania is phenomenal—knowledgeable and compassionate, she understands health from a holistic perspective.It’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about building a healthier lifestyle and mindset. This gym is a gem and it will quickly become your home!
