Working with Yaakov has been great! He provides a great amount of accountability and is always willing to respond to questions. He has a tremendous amount of fitness knowledge and is a great motivator/encourager. The app is easy to use and program very adaptable to your specific needs.

I've had such an amazing experience here, and that's an understatement! Logan, my coach has been great in helping me to identify and work towards my individualized goals, which focus on both physical and emotional health. As a whole, all of the coaches are wonderful; they are all very knowledgeable and supportive. They help push you towards your goals in a way that feels both challenging and encouraging. I had never joined a gym prior to NoBe, and had a lot of anxiety about working out in front of other people and just going to a gym in general. I immediately felt comfortable with the coaches and the other clients; everyone is so supportive of one another. Now, it's 7 months later and I feel so much more confident and healthy. Joining NoBe was one of the best decisions I've made!

I love this place so much I almost want to gatekeep it, but I also want others to know how great Abby, Logan, and all the coaches here are. I've never been a huge fitness person and struggled to fit it into my life because it was always a 'chore' for me. Making the leap and starting at NoBe was truly life-changing because my coach was open and willing to listen to my challenges and work with me to address them. He keeps me accountable and crafts plans that are challenging, but satisfying. I have nothing but great things to say about this gym and everyone who works there and works out there. It's as social a place as you want it to be, and there's always community classes or social events to spend time with others. I don't know if I'll ever find a gym and welcoming, supportive, challenging, and downright enjoyable as NoBe, and I'm happier than ever having found them. Absolutely give them a shot if you're even slightly curious.

I recently moved to Pittsburgh and was on the hunt for a new gym to continue my love of fitness, and I found so much more than just fitness at NoBe. I’ve also found a community. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, so to have a coach who actively listens to my story in order to build out a program unique to myself and my goals has been a new and wonderful experience pushing me to new levels. Such a personable place with good people and I am incredibly thankful for the serendipitous business card given to me by a family member that led me here!

The staff were very personable and knowledgeable! Having a personal trainer/floor coach present to walk me through the moves and ensure I was performing the exercises properly was extremely helpful. Each workout is designed for you personally to help you achieve your goals. It's like a family at Nobe! I would highly recommend you check it out. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot recommend NoBe enough! This gym has completely transformed my fitness journey with its personalized regimens that have kept me motivated and on track. The guys of JAM have been excellent to work with. I am a highly reluctant gym goer; I do it because I have to, not because it's my favorite hobby. Their training and motivation keep me coming back without hating working out. Their knowledge extends beyond crafting workouts. They help you understand the impact of proper nutrition, mindset, and goal setting. The facility is well-kept and clean and the guys create a welcoming environment, without being intimidating. JAM Fitness will always have my full endorsement.

I have been going to JAM Fitness Coaching for nearly 4 years and highly recommend their services. At JAM you have an evaluation to determine your fitness abilities, needs and wants, then a workout program is written for you. It makes a world of difference to have a fitness professional make a plan for you to follow and then helps you to do the exercises correctly. The workouts are changed and updated based on improvements you make or other issues that may arise. The trainers here care about your health and make you feel comfortable and welcome in the gym. They are ready to help all ages and skill levels to reach their fitness goals.

I've been a member of JAM for five years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else to get fit and have fun doing it. It's the best part of my weekly routine! The trainers, Jon and Matt, take their time getting to know each client and gear our personal workouts toward our strengths, weaknesses, and limitations, giving us what's needed to succeed in our fitness journeys. These workouts are great for your body AND mental health. I've gotten so much stronger during my time at JAM, and can say that at age 63, I've never been in better shape. Having had rotator cuff surgery and several pulled muscles over the years, I've bounced back stronger due to the workouts and having Jon and Matt encourage proper form and weight limits. There is also a big variety of equipment available to make your workouts challenging and fun. Working out in a clean and welcoming environment is a priority, and JAM delivers. I'll stay here as long as Jon and Matt will have me and what my body allows. Join us! --- you'll be happy you did.
