This is the most effective and efficient workout I’ve ever done. Patrick will give you nutrition and weight loss advice, too. I’ve worked out at Strength Clinic for 8 years, and I’ve seen regular, measurable increases in strength. Numbers like cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure are the best they’ve ever been. This also the safest workout I’ve found. I’ve had NO downtime because of injury. Best of all, Patrick doesn’t bark a bunch of gym platitudes like, “You got this!” over and over. All in 20 minutes. Try this!

While anyone can go to a gym and lift weights the results are inconsistent at best. Strength Clinic is unique in that routines are designed for each client and coached by a highly qualified expert. As the name suggests, the overall goal is to build Strength without hurting yourself. Workouts are intense, time efficient and private. I’ve been with Patrick for over 6 years and couldn’t be more pleased. If you are serious about getting in shape, building strength, and toning your body then Strength Clinic should be your top choice for consideration for personal training needs.

I've been a client for over 8 years. I enjoy working with Patrick as he is constantly updating his techniques and research so we are getting the best of the best. Even my bone density test have improved thanks to his strength training.

Patrick is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The one on one work has really helped me in terms of following and tracking my progress. I’ve also seen him work with a wide variety of people which just shows his ability to create specific workouts for people’s needs.

Trent is my go-to trainer! He is the best of the best. I appreciate that he is flexible and listens to his clients when it comes to readjusting the reps/sets/weight/ or type of workout per trainee. He is super comforting and supporting, all while being able to push you past your limits. He recommends healthy, high protein recipes and has great workout routines. Last most important thing, great conversation for when you’re trying to stall to start the next rep. Highly recommend! :)

I have nothing but great things to say about Transform Your Body and their staff! I love the intimate feel of the gym and the family-like atmosphere. From the moment I started over the summer with my husband, Trenton and Emma have pushed us in the most loving…and challenging ways lol their workouts will surely make you sweat!! But, I have grown to love working out, lifting weights and being mindful of my nutrition! Their guidance has made a difference. My goal was to only train for 3 months, and now I can’t see myself stopping! Thank you 🤍🙏🏾

I did the 6 Months program training once a week. I had a great experience at the gym. Trainers are knowledgeable and adapt to your needs. I didn't know anything about how to use Gym machinery, they gave a great intro to it.

Working out with Jordan by myself these past few weeks has been absolutely amazing for me. This was exactly what I needed with our move and what’s been going on in my life. She has been so flexible and understanding with us throughout the entire process, and she accommodates me, knowing that I am coming to workout right from work (and I work in the field). She has really been helping me with my personal fitness and nutrition goals, and I have reached multiple PR these past few weeks. I am feeling stronger than ever and she has been working on mending my relationship with food. She is so incredibly understanding and relatable, and has always been easy to talk to and listens to all my frustrations throughout the journey. Even when I am upset and ranting and struggling. She is encouraging and always willing to chat over text when I need her. It's been a rough year so far, but not when it comes to TYB, and Jordan’s compassion, empathy, and understanding when it comes to our scheduling. She has always been helpful, willing to answer any questions, and have any conversation, or just let us workout in silence without feeling uncomfortable. I had been feeling frustrated with working out pre CO-VID, and these sessions with her have renewed my passion and excitement about fitness. I do not have enough positive things to say about Jordan since coming back to the gym post quarantine. I feel like the schedule I have now is setting my up to continue working out three days a week after work, and I am finally starting to feel more positive about fitness and my body. I am only posting recent after pictures here because I think what has changed the most in the past few months is something you can't see.
