Amazing trainer!!! Been working with Jon for almost 2 years and has helped me get into the best shape I’ve felt in my life. He’s helped me lose 50+ pounds this last year and a half and again this is the best I’ve ever felt.

Whether it was at his gym or over FaceTime Jon never disappointed. He is very diligent when paying attention to your form and pushes me to stay strong when I don’t feel like continuing. His gym is clean, organized, and filled with anything you would ever need. I was very impressed when I saw the effects of our training in my cross country and soccer practices. John helped me with my goal of building up my upper body (I can now to pushups!) and core (I’m better at side planks than my coaches!). Jon is an incredibly hardworking and kind person who will dedicate himself to help you succeed.

I’ve been coming here since 2019, and it’s been a game-changer for my fitness journey. As someone who's struggled with consistency and accountability when it comes to health and fitness, Rise Personal Training has been a Godsend. From the initial discovery call and one on one meeting, I loved how easy going, yet professional the experience was. So far, I've interacted with about four Rise trainers and they've all been exceptional. My trainer, Chris, is the BEST! Keeps me on my toes during the various workouts, pushes me and helps with my form. The owner, Ryan, has actively made himself available for questions regarding training and nutrition, which is greatly appreciated. The facility itself is cozy and although there are others training at the same time, the group is small, therefore, you still get personalized attention, which is key. Would definitely recommend to those that are ready to make a change and need to guidance to do so.

I’ve spent 15 years trying to achieve my fitness goals on my own, but in just 3 months at Rise, I’ve made more progress than I ever thought possible. The staff here is not only friendly and welcoming, but incredibly knowledgeable. What I love most is the efficiency of the sessions. I get my warm-up, workout, cardio, and even have time to clean up all in one hour. It feels great to just show up, focus on the workout, and not worry about planning anything. If you're serious about seeing real results, I highly recommend Rise!

The semi private sessions were a perfect fit for a beginner like me, within a month or so I started seeing positive changes in my fitness levels and muscle mass. The trainers are friendly and knowledgable! Would recommend it to family and friends looking to get into a planned strength training program.
